We drove over two hours after seeing Razor Golf Carts facebook page saying they were open today AND hearing their voice mail message saying that they were not answering the phone because you were busy helping other customers. We found the place of business completely empty, closed tight, and a no trespassing sign hanging in the window. Did it not occur to anyone to disconnect the phone or at least leave a message on that working number stating that you were no longer in business rather than leading unsuspecting customers to believe you were there and working?...Or how about just updating your facebook page? Anything... Truly unbelievable!

This is a great family owned business which is a nice change since the US is polluted with corporations. The salesman are knowledgeable and friendly they find you a cart within your budget and don’t try and charge you your entire budget. Quality work is what you’ll find here, I’m glad I stopped here.

We drove 2½ hours to Razor Golf Carts today only to find it abandoned!! We called first and the message said that they were open but helping other customers - internet said they are open too. THEY ARE NOT OPEN, AND IF THEY ARE OPEN, THEY AE NOT AT 610 RIVER LANE IN DIXON. Shame!

Rented a U-Haul trailer from here. I wish I could remember the name of the young man that helped me, it was about a month ago, but he was awesome. If I am ever in the area and need a trailer or anything else they offer I will definitely consider them first.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Liz,Tony and Dan were all very helpful and answered all my questions and had the parts needed to upgrade my custom Club car. Will definitely recommend to all my golf cart enthusiast friends.

Told us it would take a week for a tune up a month later and absolutely no work had been done. When we called to check on all we got was lies. Our golf cart had never moved from the spot we dropped it off at.
