We always support small businesses whenever possible. Were always greeted at the door upon arrival and there is always a helpful person if you need assistance.Ive never had a bad experience at this place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. ..I like how they have a variety of stuff. They will special order things for you. I like the rejected paint samples are a great deal.

Literally the best Ace around. Most square footage. Best selection of products. Large Rental space for heavy equipment, etc. I have a smaller Ace in my town but I will travel here to get what I need!

This isnt much of a hardward store. Not much for hardward and the prices are ridiculously high. This is also a drug and liquor store. More alcohol than anything.

Great place to figure out what you need. Staff are pretty knowledgeable and have always been spot-on with their recommendations. Tool rental department has a very good selection and they allow short rentals at 3 hrs iirc so it helps keep the costs down.

Always very friendly and helpful. We have been using this Ace Hardware now for a little over two years absolutely love it. Jared is my go to guy. He always understands exactly what Im trying to do and usually has a good solution right there in the store for me. On the rare occasion he doesnt have what I need exactly in the store we either find an alternative work around or he helps me find the product but I exactly need even if I have to buy it online or from somebody else. Ace Hardware has definitely earned my business.

I needed a new garden hose. It was on the hanging sign on the row but I wasnt sure if they carried the scrunchy hose. The man working there said it was and gave it to me. He was very helpful.

Excellent hardware store. Went in to find casters for our parrot cage, they had exactly what I needed. Needed a couple of nuts for my motorcycle which no auto parts stores carry and was going to go to Harley Davidson in Rockford for them. Thought, why not have a quick look. Ill be damned if they didnt have the exact nuts I needed. And very friendly knowledgeable staff. My new go to old school feel hardware store. Better than the big box stores for your everyday hardware needs.

Great place to get things done for us DIYers. Just a bit pricey BUT... higher quality than the obvious option!Also pet friendly. I have taken my dog in there several times( ON A LEASH) and there has not been any issues! THANK YOU Ace hardware !!!

I always get help the instant I walk in the door and the associates are always willing to help think of a solution to math your needs and most seem very knowledgeable about what they stock, when they stock it, and if they are out of stock.I used to be a fan of Menards, but nowadays Ace is my place to shop.

Beats the heck out of those box stores. If you want to deal with people that actually have knowledge about the products they sell then this is the place go. They are friendly and professional and the girls at the checkouts always take the time to say hi when you walk in. The store is well staffed and all ways clean and well maintained.

I have used Ace for many different things throughout my life. The most memorable was during a winter storm in 2014 (this year when writing this). Power was out throughout town and I had frozen pipes in a house I had just purchased. Luckily for me Rich and his crew were at the store and it was open (without power). They guided the customers through the store and helped us find what we needed all by flashlight. It was quite impressive to see their dedication to the customers and I appreciated it very much.
