The worst Starbucks!!!!!!! These employees devalue the products we pay for, and the customer service experience. I can’t believe it is so hard to get a cup of their signature drinks right. You get milk instead of latte, they all have attitudes, and it’s always a long wait for the products that their employees cannot make right to save their lives. I will never spend a dollar in this Starbucks ever again! If it ain’t Ossining Starbucks I don’t want it. They don’t even deserve one star!
I am not surprised to see so many bad reviews here. I ordered a tall matcha latte hot and it came out iced after they specifically asked if I wanted it hot or iced. Then they acted totally put out when I told them their mistake. They made me my drink and handed it to me without a word. Not even thank you much less “sorry”. Yikes. Bad management maybe?
This is only the second time Ive been in this Starbucks and both times they made mistakes. The service is not that great to begin with but at least get my order correct. I ordered a small macchiato and only got one shot. Then I asked for a second shot and paid for it but was still only given one shot. when I asked for the second shot and paid for it. What was the point in paying for the second shot? Unbelievable. New employees or maybe they need better training?
They didnt heat up my danish nor did they ask. On top of that, they gave me a completely wrong coffee order which they dumped out in front of me when I told them it was wrong. I have no idea how it happened as I was charged correctly and the cashier repeated my order back to me. This was not my normal Starbucks experience.
I order a strawberry frap and git instead a caramel frap with strawberry syrup completely nasty apparently they don’t know what they’re doing.
The quality of the drinks are horrible. I miss Ardsley Starbucks. I’m just not going to go to this location anymore or better yet just make my own. A waste of money. Your better off going to Hartsdale location.

I’ve given then many chances and I regret it. Every time I place a mobile order, no matter how much time passes before I pick it up, they NEVERRRRR have it made when I get there. This last time, I gave them 25 mins and they were “working on it”. I watched them make other orders, asked for my order 3 times, before I actually got it. I understand being busy but that’s ridiculous. Not to mention when you walk in there you’re ignored until you wave them down and then when you finally get their attention they’re rude.
DO NOT BUY FRAPPS HERE!! everytime i go here and get a frappe they get insanely lazy with the whipped cream & add ons. my go to is the mocha cookie crumble & i get no extra whip on the bottom & just half of the top. its a rip off. go to Executive Blvd for frappes. this place absolutely sucks. get it together starbucks!!
Horrible service and drink quality not like the other chains. Really gone down hill in the last year. Mobile orders often not ready 30min later and no one available at the counter to ask about your mobile order status. Better off ordering in person if you want to wait less and better off ordering at another Starbucks location if you want a good drink.
Terrible service! Dunkin behavior at its finest! Had my drink all wrong taste bitter not a care in the world not to mention they run out of items and don’t report it or acknowledge it what’s so ever! Never coming to this location
Drive thru is one of the fastest and most efficient in the chain in this region. The workers are competent, pleasant and welcoming. I enjoy my visits and results every single time.
Got a drink I didnt like yulk but its not starbucks fault not everyone likes the same things I get the same drink all the time and like it Ill stick to what I know

Store 11973 gives the worst customer service ever. From the barista making the food to the drive thru barista, the service is below the standard of Starbucks period.If this was my first experience at this establishment I would’ve let it go, but every time that I have came to this establishment not only had to wait excessive amount of time to get my order, I have to watch the horrible customer service of this team mess up other people’s order. Then to add insult to injury the barista‘s are nonchalant and also lackadaisical.They need to retrain or replace the whole morning Crew.I ordered in the Drive-Thru (quad on Ice, 4 pumps of classic sweet cream, ) and cheese danish. I received my drink and I was told to pull up to get my cheese danish . In the heart of winter, my 30 second wait on a heat danishes turned into a 15 min wait and I STILL NEVER Received it. I actually had to go into the store and ask for a refund because this 15 min catastrophe made me late for work. Manger offered to still give me the cheese danish. But. Then still waited another 10 min. I just left.I ordered at 7:50 and didn’t leave till 8:20If you don’t want to be late for work Don’t come here at ALL.

Nice baristas, they did a pour-over for me since they didnt have a decaf brewed. There is a bit of room to sit inside and some outdoor seating as well.
I’ve been ordering Starbucks for 11 years. I’m from the west coast where this company originally began.Work on the pace of drive though. It’s a crime how slow you are. I’ve been to this location about as many fingers I have and today was the first time they actually tried to read my order back. I’ve been so frustrated I’ve gotten out of a passenger side door and taken a walk to see the car I was in was still in the same spot.If you go to any Starbucks in the great northwest ..they will not take your time. I’m disappointed. For a fast past “business capital” of a state, you put this company to shame.The people who work here need to know how to take orders and be kind. They blow off half of what you say.I’ve never wanted to reach out to corporate until now.

Well, they have given this Starbucks a brand new look. As usual though Starbucks doesnt finish a project properly. Theyre missing for tables and about 12 chairs to complete this place because it gets very busy. How can a company that is so influential, powerful and wealthy make mistakes like this? Poor management thats the problem. As for the staff, theyre very cordial and its a nice atmosphere and very bright. There drive-through is absolutely jammed all the time. The food selection inside is pretty bleak. They really havent finished this renovation nor do I think that they care about the people who visit here till 9:30 at night. Wake up Starbucks! This is one of your busiest stores. You need more merchandise tables and chairs.

Line for drive thru was exceedingly long and Ive heard the same from friends. HOWEVER we were able to run in and just pick up our mobile order from two LOVELY baristas.
Were not happy at the moment that while mobile orders are preferred and recommended, many, many of the items are listed as sold out or not available. Yet, if you go into the store, those items can be found. Whats up with that? This is a difficult time for sure, but we are confused and frustrated by this inconsistency.
It’s not really a starbucks... it’s inside barns and nobles. they do sell some starbucks drinks, though!

I love this Starbucks. Nestled just off the Saw Mill, so easy to access. I used to stop there every day on my way to work, then I changed jobs. Coming back on my way to Manhattan, they remain a friendly crew. The faces have changed but the service is still the same excellent service.
This was a pleasant visit at the end of the school year with a co-worker of mine. The service was decent and various styles of seating was available. The store could have been a little cooler but it wasnt much to stress over. I would certainly re-visit if I returned to that area.

My experience was excellent here. But I almost didnt go to Starbucks. There has been no reliable inventory at the rt 9 Yonkers location and no Nitro. The Servers are great but how about some product reliability!

There has always been a long line and a long wait ever since this opened. They have cycled through some workers and the newer ones seem a little bit nicer, but the service i think is even slower than before and they take their time. My drinks with the new staff are never right and there seems to be attitude if you ask them about your drink if they don’t notice you’ve been waiting over 15 mins for a drink. I always order the quickest drink on the menu so there’s literally no reason for it. I avoid this starbucks at all costs even though it’s the closest one to my house.

Has to be the slowest in their chain. 5 people behind the counter. More interested in chit chatting amongst themselves. Never again. And not apologetic at all!

Sometimes the drive through line gets backed up but other than that its a great place to grab coffee quick. The crew there is very helpful & friendly

The lady in the drive thru is rude. Made my drink wrong and caught an attitude when I asked her to fix it. Then she fixes it and forgets the whipped cream. So I ask her to fix it again. So finally she gets it right. I pay for it and she throws the change and receipt at me.
Courteous staff and the store was kept clean. Drive through window is very convenient, especially for a quick hop on/off the Saw Mill Parkway. Would definitely return.
I go here daily. The shop itself has a great staff and my coffee is always made how I like it. If Mari is on bar, its even better.The parking lot really super duper stinks and is not going to get any better with all the new shops going in. Be on the lookout for cars coming through the wrong way and the Dobbs Ferry police ticketing people forced to park in the fire lane.
This morning a male server repeatedly spoke in an automated voice and asked me to repeat my order several times while others snickered in the background. When I drove up to the window Matt said they couldn’t hear me as the person taking orders continued to playfully and unprofessionally interact with customers on the speaker. Due to this ridiculous interaction i was unable to place an order and had a few choice words for the unprofessional staff.In addition, there was actually a tip jar on the ledge of the drive through window. Something needs to be done to teach these staff members how to execute good customer service.
Slow service, long waits, and employees on their phones. Five people working and none of them can be bothered to do their job. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.
Don’t hit the drive thru if your in a rush, takes 5 minutes at the order screen for someone to even take your order, than another 15 minutes waiting at the window for your drink, assuming they make it correctly. Then if something is wrong with your drink and they have to remake it they give you an attitude about it.
Dont go there if you are in a rush. Its the slowest Starbucks that I have ever experienced. Solid 15 minutes from order to getting one drink, with maybe four people ahead of me. Quality is the same as every other Starbucks.
Staff is great! Very clean but cold
Not at all up to Starbucks standard in Manhattan. Person who took order was less than enthusiastic and even though I was only person in line at 10:15 in the morning made no move whatsoever to locate or heat up my order. She immediately retreated to her cell phone for what was probably a personal conversation. I asked the Barrista for my food order. He located it in the pantry and personally supervised its heating. He is the reason it gets two stars and not one. interior view is terrible, a concrete wall. Drive in line very long. That seems to be the driver of the business. Ugh!
Very friendly staff compared to other locations. I always do the online ordering so when I show up and a item is out they gladly give me my money back . I had ordered a coffee once and a lady happened to take it (I’m pretty sure she figured it out later) but the barista made me a new one with no problem. So far I’ve never had a problem here .

I only gave one star in order to post this review, the staffing and service is horrible. The staff is always polite but management is a failure, because how do you justify having only 3 or 4 team members? The drive thru is always jammed it actually blocks traffic. Inside the store is a mess, the last two visits hot coffee wasnt even ready. Had to wait for a fresh pot. Really Starbucks get a clue and do Right by the customers and your team members.
I ordered a venti vanilla frap and there was absolutely no flavor what so ever. It was just pure ice. And we also tipped this girl that make our drinks. Thanks but no thanks.

Not exactly a quick cup of coffee, but it mainly does drive thru traffic, as that was the idea behind the design of the store. That being said, the drive thru is always packed and is a bit awkward to navigate. Its much quicker to park and pick up your drink inside. Offers easy on and off of the Saw Mill Parkway.

Horrible service and no quality control for the amount of money spent on a coffee product you expect to get what you paid for. If I am paying for a 16oz drink i expect to get the whole 16oz but at this Starbucks you get ripped off . The employees are more interested in cultivated their employee to employee relationship than with the customers. When I worked in the city the busiest Starbucks would get to know you but this store cant be bothered with that simple concept. Very disappointed.
This is the third time I order a coffee and they cant get it right! Its a drive thru, I cant go back! The wait is extensive and most often than not they prepare the order wrong! The only good thing is the bacon egg bites

This location is getting worse and worse. Everytime I go its a different issue - from the 20-plus minute wait, the wrong items/order, drive-through closed/credit card machines not working or the curdled products.I spent spending over $4 on something today and had to throw in the trash because it was completely undrinkable.
Its a Starbucks. They will serve you the same Starbucks coffee you can get at any other Starbucks. Which is a good thing when you want the same thing, but not so much when youre looking for something new.

Its a Starbucks alright
I have stopped at this location multiple times when driving to the city. Yes, the location is convenient but it is, in my opinion, the WORST Starbucks location I have ever been to.I have experienced need very slow service in the drive-thru, unfriendly staff and today, a complete “miss” on a mobile order. I ordered ahead specifically knowing how bad and slow service can be here. I ordered coffee and a sous bites more than 10 min ahead of arriving. I got there only to find my coffee (lukewarm since I ordered so far ahead) but no sous bites. No one had a clue and I was in a hurry (thus trying to play it safe by mobile ordering) so I had to leave with no breakfast.To top it off I ordered an americano with extra room and my coffee cup was only 2/3 full. I order the exact same thing at two different Starbucks by me and never get it so empty. Had to ask for more water.I travel quite an it and have been to MANY Starbucks. This location will no longer get my business.

Amazingly bad reviews from people who have no problem paying over 5 bucks for a dang cup of coffee. The reason why it takes long is because you want 3 pumps of caramel, a shot of espresso, spin three times and say theres no place like home. You cannot expect to be served quickly when it takes a little longer than just pouring a simple cup of coffee. Have a little more patience and try showing the workers some respect and then maybe you will be treated the same. And if the drive through is too long get out of your car and go inside. I honestly feel bad for the people working there that have to deal with all the complaining customers. Have a nice day! 😎
Nice location and quiet in the evenings, but its sometimes hard to get a parking space due to other nearby businesses.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. Only lose 1 star because the drive through moves slow. My Macchiatos are made the way theyre supposed to be.

The WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE. The staff was just playing around while the poor Barista Stephen was trying to get all the orders out(both in house and mobile orders). Waited 10 min for 4 shots of Expresso. When i said something that they should help, the two young ladies gave me a look then started to look through the printed strickers to see what drinks they wanted to make. Stephen was great, the girl at the register didnt know what she was doing, so much that i had to guide her(ex Barista here). Not one person was wearing a hat or washing their hands. The Shift was M.I.A. and i tripped over a metal railing which apparently came off the togo fridge. Wish id taken a pic for me to post on here.
If I could give this place a -star I would. The service with the drive through mobile order pickup was terrible. They messed up my order not once, not twice, but three times. I ordered a VT Frap and they gave me grande. Then, they never gave me my sandwiches. And finally, after they gave me the sandwiches, they gave me the wrong ones. All in all, it was terrible.

The food is good, but very many of their drinks have WAY too much sugar.
