Very helpful and delivery men go the extra mile to help get other appliances out of your house

So the young guy that helped on Sat was fine but he had to look up the washer I wanted on paper not in the computer. We ended up taking the floor model it ended up having scratches all along the bottom the guy Sunday said it was from the dolly no apology nothing. He really wasnt that pleasant either. I felt like the sale was completed so no need to be pleasant anymore. When they come to my house it inspect my appliances in the past weve never had problems. If the the same guy that was there Sunday was there during the purchase I would have left.

This is a wonderful customer service oriented store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff that truly help you. No pressure sales... just courteous and helpful people who want you to get what you want. I definitely recommend stopping here and purchasing from this local store!

You would have better luck ordering what you need online and have it delivered to the store.

I bought a pressure washer there and it is by far the best pressure washer I have ever used and this is one you buy for home not rental or commercial use but home I have only had 2 others do better both had heat and one was made to rip paint off its not gas its 110 and not craftsman it coast 232.00 out the door I have used so much money well spent

I bought a stove a while back, and now that it has been 3 months I am very happy with it. I would recommend more people to buy products from this Sears Hometown Store, great service and great products at a reasonable price.

They have the best tool selection in town and are very helpful in finding what you need.

My family bought a really nice affordable washer not so long ago, and the staff here were really polite and friendly.

I ordered the lawn tractor and no one there knew how to operate it. They were pushing it around with out disengaging the transmission. When they loaded it on my trailer they dented the muffler shield. I had to order a new shield. A week later I tried to turn it on and I couldnt because they gave me the wrong key. The tractor I bought is a pro series. They couldnt find the key so they game me one from a different tractor. Like all keys are the same. I still havent been able to get a key 3 weeks later.I also ordered a front bumper for my mower. I received a ready for pick up email. When I got to the store no one knew anything about it. They took for ever to find it.I just hope I get my key soon or Im taking the tractor back. I also hope they didnt damage the transmission.

Worst Service Ever! Never buying from them AgainManagement is horrible left several messages never heard back from her. Refrigerator basically brand new when requested someone to fixed they went on by saying Sears kept changing the service from the local technician to one from out of town. Stay away from them theyll give you the 1 1800 number to talk to more than 1 person every time i called i spoked to somebody totally different from all over the United States and even outside the country which they werent any help. Rated 1 star Only Because I Cant give it ZERO stars.

I recently purchased a mattress set at our local Sears Hometown. I had such amazing service from the employees and they were all very informative about every mattress I was interested in. They were even having a great deal with their free boxspring event so I got such an amazing price after all!

The local store is easy to work with. Sears dot com is another matter. I was completely disappointed with a lack of service or any level of competency when dealing with the website. I bought my dishwasher from the local Sears store for about half and had installed for about 1/2 what the dot com quoted me.

Sammy and Jeff are always very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable no matter what my needs are.
