Manager told me a price over the phone then installed it. He honored the price even though he wanted to charge more with installation. Old fashion when it comes to customer service. Wont go anywhere else for windshield repair.

Great service I called on a Thursday they had the glass I needed in stock. Scheduled an appointment that next Tuesday. And because of work I had to drop truck off on Monday so they had the truck for Tuesday. I dropped truck off around 3pm on Monday and they had my vehicle repaired and ready to go around 5pm. Took few mins to get help when I dropped truck off but I think they made up for it with the fast turn around. I would deff recommend this shop. Thank you!

Brought my service truck in for a front windshield and I was treated by the red head installer as if I ruined his day for bringing him work. I don’t recommend this glass company. Very poor attitude by the installer.

Really nice staff and great service. They didnt have the size windshield I needed, but ordered it for the very next day. I was able to drop off my car before work and pick it up over lunch. I bought my car new and I dont remember the windshield ever being so clear. Extremely pleased with their work.

If your looking for quality a good price for repair and friendly staff, I recommend discount glass. They have been in business in dodge city for a very long time providing generation after generation of high quality customer service. I started using them for all of my glass needs years ago and have never looked else were because I know I am getting the best service and quality in town when my vehicle is at discount glass.

Purchased a back window for our 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. As it turned out the after market hard top is actually from a 2014 version (News to us). The 07 window was slightly smaller compared to the 14. The staff let us hold onto the window, since it was a Friday and ordered the correct window for us. We had to pay the difference, which is no biggy compared to purchasing and entire new window. Ryan was very friendly and helpful. When I came back today (Monday) for the install, Ryan helped out with a battery issue as well.Overall great experience!! The staff is knowledgeable and willing to work with the customer. ..Not to mention the have THE BEST PRICES!! We shopped around for a couple weeks but nothing beat them!!

Exceptional service

Ive had multiple windshields replaced here over the years, without problems. The last windshield they installed poorly and it leaks air on one side. After returning it to the shop, they tried a quick fix that didnt work. I called back 2x over the course of 5 days to talk to the owner and see what my options were. Once, I was on hold for 15 min. before I had to move on. The second time, I left a message and he never returned my call. So be aware, if they dont get it installed correctly the first time, their customer service is not the best.

Horrible, do not waste your time!! We were told they would order the glass for our window and have it in for install on Friday. Showed up at 9:30am to find out they did not even order the window!! The woman said she ordered it but didnt know where it was. I said we will wait and you can call the company, she said, no you can leave and I will call you tomorrow. Bad business!!

I did a one star only because I couldnt leave 0. Passing through north of town for work and hit a pheasant, shattering the windshield. Tried this hell hole due to good reviews and local recommendations. Arrived at 11:00 AM and was told they would start on it about 1:00 PM and would take about 2 hours and they would call when done. Walked down to the museum to kill some time and eat lunch. Called at 2 PM and was told that it was in the shop. Walked back at 4:30 PM and the truck was untouched. Manager told me it might be first thing in the morning. Left with a broken windshield and 5 wasted hours. Save yourself some time and avoid this waste of space.
