As I was getting ready to leave town, I discovered a broken spring shackle mount. I called and explained my problem to Bo. He said come over, and he would fix it. I was there at 8:45am, and the repair was done at 10:30am. I cant thank Bo enough for his outstanding response to someone he probably will never see again. Thanks Bo!
