Was traveling through and needed to get routine maintenance done on my car. Got an appointment very quick and was greeted by several employees while waiting for the service on my car to be completed. My experience at G&G was great and was glad they were available when I needed them.

Serviced my sisters car and gave her a loaner car that, after only 25 miles, overheated, quit running, and left her and my nieces stranded on the side of the road for over 2.5 hours. Truly craptastic! Dont trust these guys.

Attempted to call in today and get information on a car, receptionist repeatedly hung up on me, worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Under promised and over delivered! They worked around my schedule, got me in the morning and out by noon. They looked into all 5 minor issues I brought up about my car and addressed with me each of those items at completion. Vacuumed and cleaned out the car before I hit the road.
