Doesnt earn too many points. Showers got nice water pressure. I seen one pilot somewhere that has hair dryers which were very nice. I also seen one offer water and candy which was cool. The one that offered hair dryer was cool because most dont have them and it makes it better for winter time. Just wish they would offer a sink outside with hot water so we can do our dishes .

Went in to get some fresh coffee, guy at the counter was standing there with his arms folded. Watching a female walk through the aisles. Very cute girl As I started to get coffee I realized they did not have any Creamer French vanilla. Wants app settled for a different type I went to fill my cup up with coffee. All 8 containers were empty except for 2 and they barely had any coffee in them not even anough to make one cup. I Politely asked him to make some more coffee. He walked over and said the low level light was not blinking so he is not allowed to make any more. I have been up for 18 hours. All I wanted was a fresh cup of coffee. He refused to make any said it was against policy. I come through this area quite often. Guess I will start using the loves truckstop instead. Other than that it is a very old building and apparently they do not have a cleaning staff. I will never stop here again.

Its 12:36 a.m. Every restaurant in a 5 mile radius is closed. Flying J shut down their kitchen an hour and half ago and the lady at the counter wont sell me the pizza thats been under the heat lamp for two hours because its too old.On the bright side, I can buy face masks made in China and designed in Illinois. Yay.

I would really hate to see a great worker like your night manger Ivan up and quite. Im in there every morning between 2am and 5am to get gas and drinks before I head to do papers. He is the only one that cleans the store at night. Always smells so good

This was the nicest gas station I have ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful. I’m just driving through but I had such a good experience I needed to share it. Keep up the great work!!!

Staff are friendly and always quick to help customers. Their pizza and wings are pretty good for truck stop standards. Store really seems to be making a comeback compared to just a few months ago. From cleaner restrooms to cleaner lots, it’s really turning into a great truck stop!

Pilot/flying j are so hard up for money they charge for a cup of coffee even If you buy fuel. Worst national chain!

Lots of room with easy access. Good selection of food and drink stuff. Kinda run down and could use a good deep cleaning.

Very nice and clean place. Staff was very customer friendly. Not a busy place though. Been here twice, both times spotted one and same style pizza. It was good. So were the chicken wings. Just perfectly made. Wish this place / surrounding had a restaurant.

Spend a lot of down time waiting on meat loads was a better place BEFORE pilot and flying j took over had a good home cook restaurant in it. Now nothing but junk

The restrooms were decent, as was the selection of snacks. They have hot food items including pizzas, chicken, corn dogs, etc. They didnt have many roller items, (hot dogs, etc). They have a wide selection of beverages. While not the nicest truck stop weve ever been too, it meets nearly all our needs, and so we have stopped here several times and likely will again while passing through. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

The night shift attendant was extremely nice and helpful. It was 1 a.m. and yet went above and beyond to assist us with our box truck. Thank you flying J for having great service!

Surprised to say, we had some really great pizza here! It was fresh and on sale, two very large slices for $5. It was also very tasty -- better than the pizza I have tried from other gas stations and truck stops.

Went to the loves after buying fuel here. I had got a shower and I walked in there was pee on the toilet seat and wads of hair on the floor and some on the wall. Seriously guys live on the road and this is what they have to come to. After seeing the shower I was at least refunded my shower now Ill go the loves to buy a shower.

Highly recommend stopping here if you are traveling! Competitive fuel prices, well stocked, organized and clean store. Clean restrooms! Staff was friendly and cheerful! Enjoyed my stop here while passing through!

The bathrooms and showers are always clean and theres always fresh towels rags and hand towels... Its an absolute pleasure go in there especially when youre a guy thats on the road all day and wants to clean up for the night before he goes to bed... And the help or always nice and happy to see you and help you they know youre tired and need a shower

Its Dodge City, so you cant expect much... but this Flying J has all the regular amenities and fuel. Decent amount of parking any time of day or night because not too many people come here. It is a perfect stop for the night if you cook your own food. Overall, this Flying J meets the standard.

Nice clean restrooms, fuel island was easy in and out, real friendly lady at the counter with welcoming smile.

No complaints....they offer a variety of food, pumps for trucks and cars, entertainment, showers, lounge area, WI-Fi, arcade, restrooms....I recommend buying an entire pizza, theyre made fresh with whatever you want for toppings if you buy a whole on @ a fraction of the price for a slice (and theyre delicious!).

Good truck stop to many whiners on other reviews. Bathrooms clean staff very friendly. Fountain drink machine was down, staff very apologetic for problem. There are plenty of drinks in the cooler. Coffee was fresh at 0500 on Sunday. Well definatly be back.

Surprised, old on the outside but fine inside. Shower was OK but whomever cleaned up after the last customer must have missed the toilet - had not been cleaned after the last use.

Has a good CAT scale, staff is always very friendly and professional. Not a huge place but its good to get a quick snack and top off some fuel. Has some parking for trucks, but not a lot.

The worst flying j ever been was here in dodge city the place is dirty no coffee the employees doing absolutely nothing didnt want to help with nothing so we left with nothing never to return

Very clean when I was there. Prices all seemed in keeping with most convenience locations. I seem to remember there once being a restaurant there which is no more. But there are a few tables against one wall, so I suppose you could stop for a little while and lunch on a prepackaged deli product or something.

Pilot Flying J seems to be in a downward spiral, and this one is no exception. Fountain service is broken, bean-to-cup coffee is broken, ice tea dispenser is empty, bathroom is trashed. Apparently employees and managers dont have alarm clocks, seeing that the one person there was complaining about all her coworkers being late. When I got to the register to pay, she was too busy putting hot sauce on her tamales to notice I was standing there.

It as most are good for truckers and travelers. All truckstops are more then expensive. You can go to ANY store and buy Cheaper. A roll of paper towels is over $2.00. Sometimes there clean, sometimes there are friendly staff. There problem is if you do t like it go somewhere else, the problem is there is no place for truckers to park and they know it so go somewhere else? Lol there is nowhere else and you are treated this way!

Bought a coffee from the cappuccino machine, took 2 sips and threw up. It was as thick as molasses. I ended up throwing my whole cup away.

Glad to be up wind from the feed lot. Clean restroom. Friendly staff. We usually do not eat out a lot, we do most of our own cooking in the truck, but we really would of loved to of had a resteraunt this morning.

Always clean staff is always right there smile on their faces willing to help or even carry a decent and intelligent conversation which is nice. The showers are always a 10 out of 10 for me i used to work maintenance at the one in sioux falls sd so i know what to expect and look for when i go and everything is always done inside and out very impressed but back to the showers they are always hot as well so of course i always have to leave a tip on the counter thank you guys

The reason I gave it the rating I did was because it just so happened that this was one of those times when you have to use the bathroom really bad and it happened to be closed. But other wise a fine place

The store is very clean, well stocked and the people are friendly. Great place for parking. Not sure about what was going on outside as it smelled like raw sewage today. Would still stop in every time we come through though :)

Very shady place. Refueled our Rv and prepaid 200.00. The pumped automatically stopped as most prepay Pumps to but we magically stopped it ourselves on 200 as the pump.didnt show.the amount or how many Gallons we used.

Friendly service. Tony is super helpful! I will be stopping here frim now on.

It is old head south from there and go ro Loves truck stop. But there are way more trucks there but nicer facilities. Flying J not as much traffic to get in and out

The clerks were helpful and friendly. They clearly were doing their job and keeping the front clean and the hot food looked fresh. But, we cant help but scratch our heads at a management decision to, clearly, put governors on the hot water. Truckers have governors put on them all day and we hate it. Having hot water restricted when all you want to do is wash off 1000 miles of grime and diesel is just ridiculous. Showers were actually pretty clean and they have an extra dirt lot for parking. If it werent for the cruelty of a mostly luke-warm shower, they would have gotten four stars from me.

Much better than most flying js. Shower was really hot and spacious. Not too much truck parking but i found spots at 9pm.

Its nice little store good size parking and botatil parking.I dont why this dont have new coffee maker .it would give more counter space.and because come here alot put load i would to fresh coffee while i wait on load.this complaint is to corporate.i got see a how is takes for a response

This is usually our favorite travel stop; however this time they charged us regular price for our Flying J refill cups and didnt bother to figure out a way to give us the discounted, advertised price when we mentioned it! Whats the point in having and using the refill cups?

Plenty of space, facilities were clean. There isnt no a whole lot of space in the immediate parking area to park, but they do have an upper level where you can park if you cant find parking in the immediate area

Very nice people, decent restrooms. A plus was that they have the cherry pumice soap. Wish more places had it. Place fills up fast with bobtails, due to 2 meat packaging plants nearby

This place use to have food all night now they do have nothin but old breakfast sandwiches, my opinion flying j has gone down hill, its a truck stop for gods sake, were out there driving at night and would like somthing decent to eat.

Average FJ. Clean & plenty of parking because most drivers park at the Loves. Friendly & helpful staff, but nothing extraordinary at this location. No restaurants near by either.

IT IS A GOOD PLACE WITH NICE PEOPLE BUT Is too hard to find a parking space too many local grain houlers taking parking spaces when they go to work they leave eather their car or trailer unattended in the spot where someone needing that spot to park but we drivers have to go somewhere else to take a break is like they own the parking lot noone does nothing about it not even management of the store I think 10 hours is enough to occupy a space but people who leaves the cars parked get mad if someone take that space well just thinking I think that problem can be fix if management would put a rule only trucks allow no unattended equipment unless ur reserve a spot for a long period of time plus two away any car or trailer that has no permission to be there with out reservations Needs remodeling with new set of rules outside the premises plus a restaurant would be nice

Just remember this is cattle land, so it’s dirty and smelly. Other than that it’s ok. One of the few places in town to park.

It was OK, Bathrooms Very clean the workers had attitudes though. 3 at 1 register so of course I go stand there, she looks up at me you need to go down to the end. And goes back to what she was doing while the dude who helped me seemed confused.

I was traveling on business and this place was a basic gas station, however I am very pleased with the level of customer service and friendliness of the place. I will stop here again if I am ever back this way.

Wanted to exchange a Tshirt I just bought at another pilot for a different size BUT they would not exchange unless I had my receipt. So I bought the Tshirt and the cashier asked me if I wanted a bag, yes... then she asked do you want the receipt? OMG...As a trucker who spends over $1000 a week at Pilots & Flying Js you really need to work on your customer satisfaction.
