More than a hardware store...lots of gift items, large greenhouse and big selection of items for your grill and grilling.

This is Rick I Called today needing two new 20lb propane cylinders plus needed them filled and was told they were not filling them today because of the weather. 36° and a little bit of moisture in the air. Well to let you know and others Tractor Supply was more than happy to help. Just saying people will be needing propane when it gets cold. Might need for emergency use. Not a big thing for summer time cook out. Which it was not it was to have for tonight when it is colder to run a heater.

I love that I dont have to wait until 430p to send my package.

Assistance is always available with any question I have or guidance about a project I am tackling. The cashiers are courteous and helpful.

Kenny and Carl are wonderful and very helpfulAlthough we are never impressed with the cashiers at the front. ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES and customer service is truly lacking. This is VERY disappointing every time we come in.

I shop here frequently, I don’t like to take my business to the big corporate companies, however I am done shopping here. The last several times I’ve shopped here, I cannot get any help from anyone. The level of customer service in this store is awful and employee’s act extremely bothered by having to help

Best hardware store in Dodge City. However, they should be open later on the weekends, when homeowners are more likely to need last minute items in order to complete a project.It can also be difficult to find help finding something. If you can find someone to help, the advice is good generally.Does not have the selection of a big box store, although you can order online for free delivery to the store.

I get most of my yard and some household stuff there. The greenhouse needs someone dedicated to taking care of it. Im usually happy with my purchases.

I rented a compactor from here that didn’t work. I returned it expecting a refund and got charged over $200 for 10 minutes of use. What a joke!

I cant believe that I have to give them a star because honestly I can say that this store is one of the worst stores to ever exist. You dont let wonderful employees go who have gave their all with no reason. You dont tell employees that people hate them. This will come back on you in the long run. Enjoy!

Staff at the check out were friendly and courteous but at my visit I didnt see any staff on the floor. I didnt need any help finding what I needed but for someone not knowing their way around having someone on the floor would advantageous.

Love to shop at this place, sometimes I got rewards from them it not too much but make me feel happy.

This is a great store. I had some questions on a DIY project and Bob answered all of my questions. They provide real customer service.
