Stopped in to get fluids and oil filter for my Sportster. Parts team was very helpful. Got a dealer poker chip. Didnt have a t-shirt my size, but it is end of year and I am good without one.

Most Wanted H-D went above and beyond to find just the right bike for me. They have a good selection of bikes and riding accessories. All staff was friendly and attentive. David worked with me to get a very fair, affordable deal. Kendra was very helpful with selecting riding gear. But the star here was Manny, the salesman. He diligently listened, and over a few week period, found the perfect bike after a few tries. I never felt pressured or hurried. Manny was outstanding. Recommend Most Wanted highly.

While on tour to the Outer Banks Of North Carolina my 2019 FLHTSUTG left me stranded on I-70 near WaKeene Ks. on September 23, 2020.I called Most Wanted Harley-Davidson in Dodge City Ks. for service and was refused until October 9th!Bikes traveling under warranty are supposed to get priority for repair!With no help from Most Wanted Harley-Davidson the Kansas State Patrol came to my rescue and arranged for a tow truck and U-haul truck to get my trike back home to Colorado. I contacted Harley-Davidson Customer Service to recover towing expenses and they refused reimbursement!Now I am stuck with bill of $737.80!

I was highly impressed with Most Wanted HD Dealership. It was stocked very well. Showroom was neat and orderly with lots of bikes and clothes. I got twoMost Wanted shirts, cap,coffee mugs, and my wife got a blingy t-shirt. This dealership will definitly be my new 1st choice for a bike. I had a tire issue on our way to Colorado, I showed up at 830 am they put me right in before they were even open, got a new tire on very quickly and was back on the road!! Excellent service!!!!! And great people!!!!

When I went to Dodge City Harley -Davidson I was greeted by Jake and he was very courtious. He answered all of my questions and took care of all the parts that I needed to purchase and advice on how to use them. I liked the place and will continue to patronize them.

Called on wensday,just to make sure they were open....the guy on the phone said they were open till 5:30.Went way outa my way to get here on the way to Chicago,just to grab a t-shirt!!!Get here at 4:45.....DOORS LOCKED!CARS IN THE BACK,, AND NO ONE WILL EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!
