Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous and gave me a fair price that didnt seem padded.The paint quality was good, and the service was fairly speedy, 8 days. I got the premium paint package. My only problem is that there was two very small spots on the car they said they would repair at no charge that they never tended too. Otherwise they did a good job. I would have another car painted there.

Maaco did an excellent job with my vehicle repairs and the customer service was great. They kept me informed and completed repairs within the time-frame promised. I would definitely use Maaco again and would refer them to anyone for body work and repairs.

I was in a car accident and state farm set me up with repairs thru the Maaco shop in Dolton IL. Needless to say they did a FANTASTIC job! They went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they fix the issues from the accident but they also fixed issues that were previously there from when I initially bought the car!! Tom was very friendly, helpful, kind and did an outstanding job getting my car in and out of the shop in NO time! Plus they set me up with a rental and took care if everything! VERY HELPFUL AND USEFUL

My car was damaged during a storm on August 10th. 2020. Windshield was shattered on drivers side,as well as wiper and roof was also damaged. I communicated with my insurance company and Maaco. MY car was towed to the shop in Dolton. Throughout the experience ... I found this Company to be very Professional, Pleasant, and Courteous. My car looks GREAT!! Would Highly Recommend!

Had to get my bumper repaired because the paint was peeled off almost completely and I set up an appointment with maaco. My car came back looking like a brand new car. I was embarrassed driving it at first when the paint was peeling now I’m in love with it and not ashamed. Also customer service was real great and I didn’t have to come out of my pocket with a lot of expenses. The price was very reasonable and my car looks amazing.

Preperation could of been better. Didnt get all knocks and rough edges right. Paint looks good.

I dropped my car off on Monday and they got the job done on Friday. It’s really amazing how quickly they assembled resources to get the job done. I am very happy with the result.

The repair work that was done looks great, my on issue is that my truck wasnt detailed. The passenger side looks clean and buffed but not the driver side. There was polish compound on the lettering and on the door handles.

Kevin did an exceptional job with my 2006 Honda Civic.

My entire experience with Maaco was completely unprofessional. I had to follow up with them regarding the status of my auto parts multiple times. Once the part came we found out the wrong part was ordered. It took almost two weeks for something that should have took a few days. Will not return.

After, I was rear ended, State Farm, had me take my car, to them for repairs. I was skeptical, bcuz, I thought, all they was paint cars. I was pleasantly surprised. They did an awesome job. Even threw something extra. They even, delivered my vehicle, bcuz, I couldnt make it before they closed. I highly recommend them, for ur accident repairs. Great job, to Tom n his team.

I came in to get my driver side rear view mirror replaced. When they showed me the finish job it was mounted WRONG!!!! Not only was it mounted wrong they bent my chrome bar and refuse to reimburse me for their added damages. Steve Matthews was who serviced me

The brothers took care of my car and fixed all the minor dents, even replacing my grill. Got it painted. Everybody thinks I got a new car. Going there for all my body repair. Have your insurance go thru Maaco in Dolton.

They painted my car the paint color is great but they missed some stuff like I still have little dents in hood, on the door and my bumper messed up plus I seen a couple of more places ooooooh and they didnt fix my hood.....im taking it back on Wednesday and they have to correct that or it gonna be a court matter

The communication from Steve and Tom @ this location was effective and helpful. They referred me to corporate which has terrible follow up skills. Shameika Davison doesn’t have a clue in following up w/customers which has angered me enough to put corporate on blast!!!! I mean really?!? How long does it take to approve a quote of a service under warranty??? It’s ridiculous!!!

The employees located at Maaco in Dolton, Il were helpful, understanding, and made me feel like I wasnt just a customer, but part of the family. I will recommend this particular store to go go to for the best customer satisfaction.

I have an older second car that I bought that is a very good runner. I purchased it so I could take it places I didnt feel comfortable with driving and parking my new vehicle. The problem was it looks so bad it was rather embarrassing. I shopped around for an inexpensive paint job going to a number of Maccos. I settled on this one even though it was a little more expensive and Im glad I did. The customer service was excellent, shop was clean and the people instilled confidence in what they would deliver. The job was finished ahead of time and I was very pleased with the outcome. I feel I got my moneys worth. It is not the paint job you would get spending thousands of dollars for, but there was definately value in what I received for the price.

Took my car in to get a paint job kevin came out to give me a quote and quoted me 2000 for the body work while we was standing outside so i said ill do the body work myself, so we went inside for a paint color and quote he then pulled out a color book and i couldnt decide so i went with black altogether with paint and 1 coat of clear coat it came up to $835 and some change so after a week of me doing my body work i then took my car in on a wednesday and stressed to kevin that i used screens to plug the holes and to let the guys know to be very delicate with those area he so ok in a blowing off kind of way and was told that no work could be done until the following week because they was backed up. I said ok then left i called the next day telling kevin i dont want the black. But because i work weekdays he told me to come in to pick the color. I get there on that saturday and spoke with tom and still couldnt decide so i pick metallic bronze after leaving that day and doing research i saw that bronze was not the color i wanted so i then chose to call monday after seeing a metallic dark cherry on someones car that thats what i wanted so when i get on the phone with kevin i told him i finally know what color i wanted and told him metallic dark cherry and about two day i called to check the progress and was told it wasnt their were chunks of bondo that was coming off and but everything else was nice and they are going to do paint next day i told them not to paint the car with chunks missing they told me it was myfault for using the bondo from autozone not their fault so after stressing that i told hime more than once to be gentle they said ok they will fix it but it wont be perfect after receiving my car i see the color was wrong and a bar from my muffler bar was missing now mind you i cannot catch them open because of my work schedule but i called and told them it was not dark cherry they say yes it is but when showed them the picture of the car they said oh thats a 1994 dark charry and pulled another book out i told tom i dont understand if you have more then one book why are you only showing me one he then told me they can repaint but it will cost $500 more dollars he couldnt explain my muffler and told me we are going nowhere with conversation because hes not going to fix the paint. Very rude and its more that was said but its pointless to say i thought maaco was a good place this is my second car i got painted with them this car and one last year but ill never go to maaco again if this is how they treat paying customer

I had to get my 2011 Chrysler 300 front bumper as well as door, and wheel liners repaired. I was very impressed with the good quality work for a reasonable price if I do need work on the near future I will be returning to this facility thanks.

Macco at 14739 S. Greenwood, Dolton IL, 60419 has very professional workers. My estimator was Kevin Eisier. Mr. Eisier and Tom are very knowledgeable and make you comfortable about leaving your vehicle with them. Mr. Eisier is a man of his word. A time was made for vehicle to be dropped off and a time was given when vechicle would be ready for pickup. Vechicle was in great condition. I recommend Maaco for collision repair, and painting.

My car became problematic and I took it to Maaco Collision Repair and they figured out what was wrong right away and all within a reasonable price. Thanks guys for the prompt service!!!
