Eric has wonderful Customer Service. He’s very friendly, courteous and gives you all your options up front. I definitely recommend this facility based on his excellent service alone.

I have been renting a spot for 2 years and the cost continues to go up each year. I can kind of understand a small increase, but now the room will cost me an annual charge of $1,728. That is ridiculous for just storage. Rodents and bugs get inside the storage room, droppings every where over my items in storage. The silver ceiling film has fell in; I reported it last year, but it still has not been put back in place. At this point, I can buy a shed to store my property in. Yes, purchasing a shed is the way to go!

Price is like $30 more than it was when I signed up a couple years ago. I have had problems getting into my unit, and there is no customer support at night. My door gets packed up with snow from the plow pushing it up on my door. Leaves and garbage, and nobody cleans it up. Not only is there no support at night, but I have left multiple messages, with no response. The guy who set me up with my account was decent, but it’s like I live in a slumlords house, that lives out of the country.Seems like constant raise in price, with zero attention to the tenant. Can’t wait for this storage place to open in my neighborhood. I have wasted so much of my time traveling to this place.

If you’re not planning on staying here for six months then don’t bother they charge you for staying there after every six months and there excuse is they have expenses. In my opinion the owners have expenses and are in need of extra money from the working class to help pay for their extravagant expenses because of miss managing the money sounds familiar lol facts!

First let me start out by saying Gary was a very patient man while working with me. I was unsure of what size unit I needed and he walked me through determining the correct size. He also made sure to fully go over the contract so that I understood all of the fees and any penalties that could be applied. I could sense that he is very pationate about is job and he enjoys working with people. Gary has exceptional people skills and really made me comfortable in knowing that my belongings were safe while in the unit. As I was moving my belongings in and out he always was available not only for questions but to make sure I didnt need any assistance with finding carts or even just a nice cold water. 5/12/20 - 1 star - Manager Gary is RUDE AND HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is my 2nd time renting with them. In just over a year I have had 2 EXTREME RDODENT INFESTATIONS and 1 less extreme. I am currently waiting on my current Bader insurance claim to be completed. Gary is aware of all of this and during this entire process was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Despite all of this I moved into a larger unit. Gary had the AUDACITY TO CALL ME YESTERDAY AND TELL.ME THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE UNIT THAT THE CLAIM IS STILL PENDING ON. IT IS THE POLICY OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO NOT DISCARD ITEMS UNTIL.THE CLAIM IS CLOSED! Also, I dont appreciate him calling me solely by my first name,. WE ARE NOT FRIENDS! KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL. Manager Eric continues to be outstanding and helpful through out all of this. He is the reason that I have stayed. Erics customer service is par none TPP NOTCH. Eric assisted me with the clean out as Gray watched.

I definitely recommend this facility in Dolton, IL. Customer service is great and the property manager is very helpful. Very clean and dry! The keypad entry and video surveillance are cool. I am a happy customer.

Horrible customer service, I booked a reservation yesterday and called to confirm it today. Whoever answered the phone sounded dry and like he did not want to work. I specifically asked was there any special on the unit I reserved. I work for Extraspace so either it’s a $1.00 plus admin fee or it’s half off the first month rent. The guy tells me it’s prorated when you move in, $24 for administration fee and $14.00 for a lock. I told him I have a Disc Lock from Extraspace. He turns around and say we don’t use Pad lock! I told him to google what a Disc Lock looks like. You can’t pick those and that’s why I like them . Then he hangs up ! Disgusting
