Excellent Store to Buy Your Tires for Vehicles and Ram pickup. I was visiting this tire center yesterday to buy 2 Transforce AT tires for a Ram 2,500 Turbo Diesel and the service of the Correa Tire tire center was exceptional with a Covid-19 security where when you enter they take your temperature and the hand sanitizer for the hands. They attended to me promptly and what I was looking for I found the model of the 20 rim rubber and the rubber mounting was fast and they also have parts mounting and mechanics service. Come, Visit and Check.

Today, Wednesday October 13, 2021, I went to visit them to change the 4 tires on my car. I called before, and they told me that I should make an appointment. I arrived at 10:45 AM since my appointment was for 11:00. They attended to me quickly when I arrived but to my surprise, it was not until 1:00 PM that they gave me my car. As they do not allow you to wait inside the premises, I was outside for more than 2 hours in the brutal heat. I asked about my car, already annoyed because I saw a vehicle arrive from a company that they attended first and one of the technicians approached me to tell me that he was sorry but that the companies had priority because they had a contract and that they only had one technician working. Wao the problem is that they do not tell you and they give you an appointment at an hour when they know that they are going to make you wait and also the individual client is not a priority ?, good to know. Finally after waiting so long and complaining about the long wait, they apologized and gave me a big discount of $ 9.95, which they rounded up to $ 10.00 for the wait. In addition to the big discount, they gave me a bag with various promotional items including a t-shirt. Tremendous, with that they solved their bad service and my annoyance was forgotten. I have been a customer for several years, since I bought my car, and something like this has never happened to me, it is unfortunate that your service is not the same as before. That is why I was definitely lost today as a client, since I will look for other options to receive the service I deserve. Do not forget that a satisfied customer returns and refers another.
