My recommendation is dont go there if you must go to the one in Rio Grande o even Barquillos HORRIBLE customer service from the manager all the way down to the employees. Seriously nothing nice I could say just horrible no professionalism again HORRIBLE place.

Service has decayed. Prices have went up even for simple car services. Wait time is a bit longer than other similar service centers.

I have mixed feelings, the dealership is being remodeled after hurricane Maria, totally understandable. My sales rep walked up to me instantly and asked if he could help. Very pleasant guy, showed me several models of Highlanders which is what I wanted. Once we agreed on a price and he gave me a payment amount it kept changing by a dollar or so. Since I just moved to PR he kept saying things were different in PR and they charged for this or that. Same with the extended guarantee which I purchased being that the roads are so bad here, I figured after 36K miles the car might be rattled to death. Anyway, changed numbers again. Ultimately the amount of the payment should have been $428 and ended up at $434. Not a big deal, even at 72 months, its just that it felt a bit underhanded, typical car dealership. Just out of curiosity I asked he he know about Google reviews and he was absolutely ignorant about what it was. I explained and he said they did not care since they had more buyers than they could handle. Interesting! Management better notice, not so much in PR yet but social media can make or break a business these days. Especially in their parts and service department.
They never pick up the phone and they have poor customer service clerks they changed my oil and didnt even put the sticker for milege 🤔

Really bad experience. Definitely no Military friendly or Federal Credit Union.Bought a 2020 Corolla on June 2019. Today 14 November, over 6 months later is when they handle me the tittle and registration. Been calling every week asking for the same and the seller kept telling me it takes 6 to 8 months. Bought a vehicle on August on Caguas and 3 week later got the tittle.... Go figure. Not DMV fault. Now they the lady who actually processes it show me that it been on hand since August.
Very attentive employees, nice place, should service a snack for visitors do to the long waiting period of the process.

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and the mechanics seem to know what theyre doing. I gave only 4 stars, though, because no one told me I would have to wait 5 hours. If I had known, I could have gotten a ride home and come back later. A least there were good movies on in the waiting room! Plenty of chairs, and the restroom is close.
Always great service. I ordered parts right before Hurricane Irma. They followed up right after Maria to let me know they arrived. Very efficient and friendly. Perfect customer service.

Excellent place. Very kind people and so many employees. Michael helped us 100% and my Dad and me came out with a 2018 RAV 4. He was really Great he even drove my Dad back home. The place is really easy to find and visible to Carr. #2 PR in Dorado. 45 mins. Without traffic maybe a 30 min drive. But this has been a great experience. If you have an average credit or no credit at all go to this place and ask for Michael. He would gladly help you get a car.

I bought my tacoma at this dealer and it is the worst experience I have had, the unit presented multiple problems being new from the package. The worst part is the service, my tacoma still does not reach 5k miles and we have already taken it 3 times to solve the same problem that it still has. People are pushy bratty including the manager. Im going to do everything I can to get the unit back. These people care little about a client because they have many and they will treat you the same. They should not have the privilege of working under the Toyota name.
