I stopped by there on April 30, 2021. I love everything there - tea, settings, staff, fast Wi-Fi. It couldnt be better.

Great employees, great coffee. You can go in and place a take out order, sometimes the drive thru is a long line but worth the wait for your coffee.

This particular Starbucks took forever to get me my order..like seriously... I ordered 2 cups of regular coffee and a slice of cornbread... tell me why it took 12 minutes of waiting for it. I also know that they took more stars than necessary for that too. Not really impressed with this Starbucks.

Always around 6 people working and the service is slowww had to wait about 10 mins with no one in line and no customers inside besides me just to get my order. The coffee is ok, but they dont know many of the orders that you may buy in the USA, but then again most franchises once they get to the island dont have the same service of quality of product that you may have in the main land.

Small, cozy, and inviting Starbucks. Most of the baristas speak good English although some of the coffees are slightly different than the ones in the Continental US.Great place to enjoy free WiFi, a good conversation, or to meet some of the cyclists that stop by there on the weekends.

Sloooooweeeeessssst Starbucks in the world, it’s amazing how poorly managed this place is, employees in the back just sitting around cashiers who take 10 minutes to finish with one client and much more . I can’t understand why corporate would a store like this in such an important location be this mismanaged.

Service was great! I requested that they fill the cup to the rim. Although n Puerto Rico there is a charge, I wasnt and the server was so kind!! Loved it!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a small (Tall) coffee and it was not filled completely, just about half a cup! When I asked its because of how they add the milk...yeah okay for $4.55 a cup I expect a full cup of coffee. Staff was rude in addition to management. No stars if I could, just awful.

I definitely was waiting for this opportunity. I think Starbucks is a good place to have a coffee and enjoy with friends or classmates. Not the greatest place to have a coffee experience. I personally enjoy visiting local cafes where you can have the real coffee experience not just the brand thing behind it.

The drink was fine but there were very few outlets which made working uncomfortable and awkward. Also the mens bathroom was out of order. Not great for a coffee shop. Below average starbucks.

No air conditioner and no trash can. Tables full of empty cups. The baristas forget half your order and dont give it to you unless you ask for it .The employes just dont care.
