We bought a refrigerator from here last year I have had no problems at all it was brand new and a fraction of what it cost in the stores if I ever need another appliance I will definitely be there

Our dishwasher died a couple of weeks ago, and we had been looking for a replacement online and in-person for a couple of weeks. Apparently there is a stock shortage due to the pandemic, and either no one has any in stock or the delivery date is over a month out (and then gets delayed even further eventually).This place had 10-15+ dishwashers in stock, along with hundreds of other large appliances (fridges, washers/dryers, ranges, etc). We were a little bit hesitant at first, but found one we really liked, paid, and took it home to install it ourselves. Unfortunately, when we went to run it, the dishwasher started leaking in the front. I called them the next day and they sent someone out same-day to take a look, confirm it was defective, and then allowed us to bring it back and get a replacement.They have a 48-hour (no questions asked) return window and a 90-day exchange window, and they actually stand by their products. They could have easily given us a hard time on the return/exchange, but they were incredibly kind and accommodating. We even ended up going with a slightly lower model, so they credited us back the difference.Their items are new, but out of the box. Some have scratches/dents, but most are genuinely perfect. These appliances are 40% off retail, so completely worth it as well!! Give them a try next time you’re in the market for a new appliance!

Great price and variety selection! They sell items same quality and level as of Home Depot or Best Buy but with much better prices. Service at the was professional and nice, and gave me best advices for my situation. Recommend it to everyone

Horrible people...horrible business..I was an employee here. I started on 9/3/2020 and I worked hard and made sure I did everything I had to do everyday at work. 3 weeks later I get home from work and receive a random text message from the James (my boss) and tells me I am a great worker but he can’t hire me, after I already signed w2 form. He said he will mail me my check. I asked why In the world are you letting me go. I told him to give me a reason. I told him I had a family and kids and that I really needed the job and all he says is “I’m sorry”. I recommend no one to work or buy from here. These people have no heart.

Bought a french door refrigerator last week.The fridge is like brand new,much cheaper than the big box store.Delivery is fast.I ordered same model from the Big box store,I was told the delivery date was like one month later.Hell,No,I need a fridge right ASAP!

Got a really nice LG washer/ dryer set for half retail price. There was a minor issue with the washer and they had someone out there the next day to swap it out with an identical one that works beautiful. He honors his warranty well.

Stop by to look for a refrigerator. Walked in and no one greeted me. I walked to refrigerators and finally someone came over and asked what I was looking for. I asked if the prices listed were final and I was yes. I asked if they can come down a little on the price but I was told “no because he didn’t feel like it.”Don’t do business with people who don’t respect customers. Horrible customer service and arrogant. Brandsmart has better deals!

Horrible service...i bought a washer and dryer from here and they delivered it to me with dents. they said they would come back the next day to swap it out and never showed. I got my refund back. I told them keep your machines. dont buy here.

We had a good experience buying here so far, the delivery driver was such a good person trying to help us because the fridge was too big for our door, if he doesn’t fix the door we would have returned everything, the service was paid but his good actitud count, also speaks Spanish, a plus!
