This is not a refinery, at least this location isnt, its more like a magic show with plenty of smoke and mirrors, they do look like they have a lot of fun. You give them your gold, they take to the back and melt it and no, you cant watch them. They come back with your gold which has been melted and give you the results, my experience was not good at all and Im not taking about the 2% customary refiner fudge either.

Always courteous, always prompt, always honest and open. Zack always has very very helpful attitude...always pleasant. I’ve been with them for several years and have no intentions of changing.
