Like many of you, I am setting up my work from home space. I found myself in need of a good office chair, and wanted something that was good quality within my budget. I found it, and its pictured here.From the moment I walked in, I was cheerfully and promptly greeted by the receptionist. I told her what I was looking for, and she directed me to the right place and said an associate would meet me there. The associate found me in the showroom, and helped me to find the perfect chair for my little workplace away from work, a used Kroll chair that will last me a long time (as opposed to whatever new, cheap chair I could have gotten from a big box).I was very impressed with the selection. If you have to set up a workspace, this is the place to go. They truly have everything you could need, and with a courteous and helpful staff. Ill be back for any future office needs.

Top notch service, worked with Patrick to setup a small office at the outset of COVID. Got me all set and the delivery guys were great and put everything where it should go. Fixing to expand my office and I know where my first stop will be.

My wife and I were working on a finishing the basement project and we needed some highboy tables and chairs. So much of the stuff on the market was just not appealing to us then I got a referral to Karl at Office furniture expo. He immediately sent us multiple catalogs that had great looking stuff. Two of the eight items ordered we’re on back order but Karl stayed in touch with us as he promised and we got the last delivery yesterday. Had I bought this furniture brand new on the economy I would have been at a loss. I am very happy with the item that I bought there.The guys who did the lifting and moving of my item into the car were so polite and professional. They also handled my furniture with great care.

They carry quality products, but they are greatly overpriced - for example my office chair purchased from Office Furniture Expo is over $100 less at Staples (should have checked). Further they dont tell you verbally that they have a 25% restocking fee even when you asked directly about their return policy -- it is in fine print when you sign a liability waiver when checking out. I feel scammed -and that is not a good feeling.

Excellent selection of office furniture for all tastes. Ergonomic, modern, fancy leather, that mahogany stuff, whatever. Very wide price range as well. They keep a large stock, so they have the means to supply an entire office space with their furnishing needs, but just as well can supply what you need for your home office. They also have a used section, where youll find office furniture slightly used but in excellent condition and at a strikingly low price. They keep a sales staff, and theyre very helpful and informative.

An amazing, impressively wide selection of office furniture ranging from your basic filing cabinets to high end ergonomic pieces designed to hug your whole body. I visited this business looking for several pieces of furniture. Although their prices and quality are above average, the experience we had with our salesperson Pat Beagle was not pleasant. She was not friendly and seemed irritated by every question that we asked. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but I was told by the warehouse workers that she just wasnt a nice person to put it in Rated G terms.
