On my first visit I received a warm welcome by Dr Chou, who patiently listened to my ailments and offered a free consultation for my fertility and menstrual issues. He explained thoroughly every aspect of my condition from both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine point of views, sharing and explaining detailed TCM concepts that few practitioners take time to go through. He also gave me very helpful advice on diet and lifestyle.Thanks to the high quality and personally-tailored herbal medication that he prescribed, my cycles gradually became more normal. My basal body temperatures were less erratic during follicular and luteal phases and the temperature shift from ovulation became clearer than before. I also have better circulation and get the chills less often. After 3 months of medication, I am now happily pregnant.The store is neat and pleasant. Dr Chou is also very generous and understanding. When I could not be at his store (I live about 500 miles away), he arranged expedited shipping for my herbs without extra charges. I am extremely pleased and grateful to have met Dr Chou.

Ive gone here multiple times during the pandemic (COVID-19) and recieved great service! Im grateful for Dr. Choy still being open in this time. Though they are not allowing customers inside for EVERYONES health, they still provide you with what they have and excellent customer service. Im appreciative.

They say they are open during the quarantine but they won’t let you in with a mask and gloves and they have mask on too.. very disappointed

I took three squeezed Chinese medicines at this house today and I was very disappointed. The boss calculated 100 yuan. My niece’s son is as allergic as me. The Chinese medicine prescribed by my sister-in-law Chinese medicine doctor is the same as Chinese medicine. My niece squeezed it in New York. Six dollars for the medicine. Experience the feeling of being robbed here. Please be careful of this shop.
