I bought a MAAX tub over 10 years ago and have been VERY pleased with it. It has performed great. I have on occasion required some service and repairs and have been very happy and impressed with the response, quality, cost effectiveness, and integrity of the service staff. I’ve dealt with Josh, DJ, and others and they are quick, efficient, thorough, honest, and I’ve never required a followup to take care of something that was missed. I Have recommended their service to others even if they bought their tubs elsewhere. When/if my hot tub needs replacement this is where I’m going! We purchased an 8 person hot tub from Atlanta Spa and Leisure about 11 years ago. The hot tub has been absolutely amazing. We have had very few issues, but we recently needed a repair. It was awesome to find this store STILL in business, and the same great service from Josh Vines that we have received in the past. This company is solid, and when you need something, they are there and very fair in their pricing. Josh went over the top by coming out late today, the day before Thanksgiving to get our hot tub up and running for the long weekend. Josh is just Professional with a capital P! We love working with him. He has our hot tub up and running, helped us replace some needed neck supports, etc. so that the tub looks BRAND NEW even though it is 11 years old. We would never buy from anyone but Atlanta Spa. Excellent prices and excellent service. Thanks Josh! We are thankful for you this Thanksgiving!

Buying a spa is kind of an unorthodox purchase. Which is why I was so pleasantly surprised by the ability of the sales guys at Atlanta Spa & Leisure to take the weirdness and shadiness out of it. I worked with a great guy named Brett Hanna. He was knowledgable and informative. He was honest and candid in addressing my questions and concerns. He was never remotely pushy, which I really appreciated. And he stuck with me through the install process and first initial weeks, guiding me through some basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Based on my experience, this place operates with a lot of integrity.

From start to finish, these guys are great! Brett is super informative and helped up pick the perfect spa. Also excellent delivery service with Caleb and Zach. They explained everything well and made the process a breeze!

Tim was absolutely fantastic. Took his time, showed us all the models we were considering, went through all of the options of each. He helped us find the perfect match, not his perfect sell. After purchasing a new hot tub approximately 8 years ago and a new hot tub cover within the past two years, we had service done recently on our hot tub for which the technician advised we should get a new cover for our hot tub as it was in bad shape for being so new. After learning the hot tub cover was not being replaced under warranty by the manufacturer, Adam made it right and replaced the cover from Atalanta Spa & Leisure.

The performance is awesome and Adam and his staff at Atlanta Spa & Leisure have made it nice and easy to be a customer. They are always available to answer my questions and give advice. If you are in the market, you have to go visit these guys before making your decision.

+++++++March 22, 2020Atlanta Spa and Leisure repaired my hot tub last fall. It had a plumbing leak and a circuit board problem. After several different issues and problems like a new circuit board that was faulty, they returned to make everything working and in good shape. With the very real problems on my hot tub, they did a good job of repairs with a fair price.John+++++++

This company is amazing. I got an infrared sauna, pool table, and an arcade system. They were able to deliver and install everything within the week, and conveniently on the same day. Couldn’t have made it any easier. Thank you guys!

Great local business. We are kicking ourselves for not purchasing our spa sooner. Its been great for all of the athletes in our household. The sales team members are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The entire experience, from learning about the spas, trying them out, finding one that is affordable, purchase, and delivery was top notch.

The service that I received was amazing! All of the water drained from my hot tub and I urgently needed it fixed. Within 24 hours Josh the service manager was at my home and it was fixed. My 10 yr old tub needed some supplies. No problem, Adam and Josh had everything I needed. No waiting to be ordered! Dont go anywhere else! They will take care of you!!!

I surprised my husband with a Big Green Egg for Father’s Day. The Atlanta Spa & Leisure team snuck it in when he wasn’t there so he was completely surprised. My experience with Atlanta Spa & Leisure, has been truly amazing! It started with me talking to Casey, at the Cummings, Georgia store. He was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking into three different brands and because of Casey’s knowledge as well as kindness, I decided to purchase an American Whirlpool from them. DJ, their installation guy did an incredible job of taking my patio a part and put it back together as if nothing happened! Also, I was concerned at first (being a first time hot tub/spa owner) that something was wrong with my jets because one came off when I first used my hot tub. Atlanta Spa & Leisure jumped all over it and sent their expert, Josh to check all 49 jets and it was my fault not theirs!I am truly beyond grateful to Casey, DJ, and Josh, for going above and beyond for me!!! Best purchase ever!!!

I purchased my clarity spa last year and I have to say it has been the best experience to date. I have back, joint, stomach and muscle pain and this spa has made it so I can sleep at nights with less discomfort. My Spa was the Clarity 7 and I have to say it was well worth the purchase. Adam takes the time to address issues and help after the sale. Everyone I have spoken with at Atlanta Spa & Leisure listen to understand and care about your needs. I normally do not give great reviews so if you need a spa, service or parts give them a call.

I highly recommend this company, not only for the product, but more so for the customer service. I purchased a hot tub from Tim, and without going into great detail, we had some issues with it after installation. Even though the issues were an extremely rare occurrence, Tim followed up with me daily until he decided to not only replace the hot tub all together, but also to upgrade me at no additional charge. Further, Tim has continued to check in to ensure we are 100% satisfied with our purchase. We most certainly are. As a fellow business owner, this is the kind of company I want to do business with, and will continue to do so.
