If you guys are gonna have people driving vans with their name all over this side. Somebody was making a illegal turn and I stopped to avoid hitting them and your driver laid into the horn and didnt stop for 30 seconds then merges onto 141 and starts speeding great way to advertise.
Sent home with a broken chair. Closed they couldnt fix it. And because of my outburst from Ms Barbera saying my business in on the hallway. Instead of a private setting. They told me that they gave me a brand new chair at check up but never did. Do not work with md Barbera. I have been waith on my permanent chair for 3 years. I have no chair now and is forced to lay in my bed smh. I have insurance they refuse to run medicaid. They called the police because I asked security to get out of my personal space. Tried to make me leave with no chair.
Absolutely adore Malachi Slice....he went above and beyond when my sons chair got damaged to get it fixed in a timely manner & even assisted in finding used parts to reduce cost. THANK YOU! highly recommend!
Thanks to National Seating for helping me out with my power chair bought from another company, Rehab Medical was the worst experience of my life. Rafael at National Seating has been one of the best rep Ive ever met, the whole office is super nice. All future needs will be here.

Can’t ever seem to get a response from these people. Very unprofessional. Update.. I have been waiting on my new chair for over a year now. Does anyone have any recommendations of other places that do this service? By far one of the worst customer experiences ever. No one is doing their job. You have to do it for them. Avoid at all costs.
I wish I could give this company more than one star. From the very beginning (2008) I have had problems getting them to respond to most issues. When they do, its an immediate littany of reasons why what ever is going on is NOT their fault. With my most recent issue, I purchased my second chair with them last year. In a years time the wheels have gone bald (normal wear and tear), bearings in each wheel have gone bad, resulting in wheels nearly coming off, the seat depth and plate heights were not ordered properly. When I ordered the chair, my requests were as follows: It needed to not be any heavier than the one I had, It needed to fit in my vehicle, and it needed to fit sufficiently that I didnt experience pain from sitting in the chair. The new chair is about 12 lbs heavier than my original chair. I cannot get the new chair in my car, yet I can get my old one into the same space with no problem, and I have been in constant pain with this chair since day one. The seat cushion (Roho) was ordered in the wrong size which because it goes too far back, pulls me down in the seat. When the wheel bearings went out, the rep brought me replacement wheels, which have a cut in one of the wheels that catches my hand each time I roll. She shows no remorse for the fact that I am practically homebound due to the fact that I cannot load my chair. The whole point of the program at the spinal hospital where I got the chair is to restore independence and yet this vendor does not promote or support that point. I have made many attempts to contact them to rectify the situation yet no one seems to be able to do anything, or has an excuse why it wasnt their fault, or that thats the way things are made these days.

This company gives you the worst customer service that you can ever receive in your life.you call them they never return your calls. you leave them a message and they never call you back. they also takes forever.i laid in my bed for 35 days waiting for these people to repair my wheel chair and to receive the parts.

I was with another company this one buy, their customer service is a joke, the manager is so rude that she cant handle her self, I was trying to explain to her a new issue with my chair and she continues talking about parts and work orders that have nothing to do now, total frustration with her. Looking for another company!
