Attempted to pick up a rented UHaul and dolly at this storage location only to be met with a closed office and no signs of when anybody would be returning. Calls, emails and voicemails went unanswered.Keep in mind this was for a scheduled pickup that had been set for 3 days in advance.If they are unable to properly manage a simple scheduled pickup then I wouldnt want to store my things here either.

I booked for a rental truck at 3 but when I went there the office was closed and the number to call went to voicemail and never responded. Even the u haul guys put me on hold for more than 29 minutes.

Best rates in town and Vernon is a good, hard working manager who has improved the property quite a bit.

Ariana was very helpful getting the perfect storage unit for my equipment. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Just simply AWFUL as all storage facilities are. The sense of real humanity is missing in practice of these type of facilities. If you run out of money and a means to pay they quickly sell your valuable without hesitation. This operation is not absent of leaving a bad taste in ones mouth and only with a sense of lost!

I gave one star, not because of the Customer Service Reps, but because of the upkeep of the storage facility- which is DISGUSTING!- and the price of the unit. The price had gone up every year, and if the buildings had been maintained (ALOT) better, I may have stayed longer. The floors were NEVER cleaned and the smell inside the building was gross! I had been renting the same unit for almost 11 years and it used to be very clean and cheap! I found a great price with Extra Storage( $25 LESS a month) and a nice CLEAN building.

Even when I had a finance problem this year, your staff was very supportive and informative in helping me through it, without losing the quality of service you provide. Good place for extra spaces if needed. Recently renovated. Please dont complain only when you have down days or disgreemements. Take the time to tell them what they are doing right. Been renting unit here for almost 15 years if not more. Current owners really spend a lot of money to renovate the place. Any issues you raise will be addressed promptly. Give it a try

Its sometimes hard to reach the local staff on the phone. Seems pretty secure. No problems in the 3 or so years weve had a unit there. Price went up a lot recently with no increase in services or facilities.

Ive been a customer for 2 years and the staff (Spencer and Jasmine) have always been very helpful. No complaints!!!

I had an awful experience with this company. The manager is very negligent and unprofessional. He took my money and refused to give me a refund, for services not used. He forgot to provide me with moving supplies and gave me an unusable truck. It was the end of the day so there was no time to correct it, once the facility closed. Therefore, I could not move in the unit, later that evening as planned. Bottom line, i ended up not moving into the unit altogether, but I still was charged and the unit is vacant. If he would have kept his mind on work, I probably would not be in this mess. Also, i dont fill secure with a company, that freely says my code out loud, along with unit number, while a customer is standing around. He stated, its ok, I know him, wow! Now back to the refund. The manager of this facility also stated, he called is regional manager Marti and she would contact me back, regarding the refund and I never received a call. Prior to that, the manager and someone from corporate were both on the phone, laughing about it in my face, regarding the entire matter. That just shows me, the people above him are no better, they just dont care. Please avoid this place at all cost!!!! They are very unethical and all they care about is money. They dont have the customers best interest at heart.

This place is rude and very disgusting and extremely unprofessional. They do not answer the phone they do not answer emails no matter how much you try. I came in on a special for $25 a month which I thought was a steel but it’s not. There were spiders in my unit as soon as I open the door. A trail of ants going into someone else’s unit and the gate never works.I don’t even know the gate code as a matter fact and I am a customer because I’ve never had to use it. After not being able to get in touch with them for over three weeks I finally did just to speak to a disgruntle Employee it was her life mission to make whatever point that she had which I don’t think she even knows. I would not recommend this place, go to extra space storage or somewhere else they also have reasonable prices

We used Pleasantdale Storage to store household goods when we relocated to the west coast. Customer service is abysmal. The management team unresponsive. I would never recommend using them.

One thing is negative maintenance fixing light long less postpone a few days that it other everything s real good!

Very bad service experience, will never ever come back. Dont trust their discount. All they care is your money, they dont care about the service.
