My experience was very good today I went to get off car cover and the guy was really really helpful explaining things to me and I wanted to buy two but he only had one it was all sale or a discount came with it something like that but I really appreciate the young man that helped me so I just went down the road and bought the other one at the other store and both was really really nice and very knowledgeable about what they was selling

Theyre good about offering discounts to help you out, and will stand behind themselves if theres an issue.They accidentally caused an issue with my vehicle when I got a battery and were very good about getting it resolved. It helps when you get the right part. They do nothing to reimburse you for paying someone to install the wrong part, having to return the part, get the correct part and pay someone, again, to install the right part. They act like its no big deal. The last wrong part was a radiator. It cost me $237 more, because, they gave me the wrong radiator. They should have top give you the correct part for free, to cover some of your loss. Its happened numerous times, at different stores. So, make sure you have a photo and all the correct info, prior to leaving with the part. Sad that the staff dont verify this themselves. Make them start paying out of their pocket and there will be far less of this. Just saying!

All I can say about this place is they always have what I need. If not they order and I got it usually within 24 hours or sooner. Friendly staff. Clean store. If you need help with something I feel they are there for you.
