First ordered our Charger on 25 May 2021 and took delivery of the car yesterday on 9 Oct 2021. The 5 month wait was well worth it and it was no fault of Dothan Chrysler Dodge. It’s the current climate of the automotive industry. During the wait, Bill Cox kept me informed of the status of the car and the progress of the build. Salesman Vince was informative and knowledgeable about the workings of the car when we took delivery and we had a lot in common and both my wife and I enjoyed our time together. Sam and Chip were great to work with very personable. We had some great conversations and minus one time of contention during negotiations, which were ironed out quickly and professionally, this was the most stress free and fun buying experience we’ve had. Great job by the entire team. Will occasionally stop by and hang out on a Saturday sometime.

I was checking out Dothan, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep website. They had a variety of different types of automobiles. Joni that works here had asked what type of vehicle I was looking for. So I told her exactly everything that I wanted in an automobile. She was very friendly. Very fast service. The financing didnt take very long at all. Summer was great in the office to. Service personnel were very courteous and professional.. They were prompt in returning my calls and answered my questions and concerns adequately within the scope of their control and knowledge. Vince is a wonderful salesman. We consider him a friend. We wouldnt go to any other salesman for a vehicle. We finally found our forever vehicle in the Rebel. My 2015 ram 1500 broke down on my birthday needless to say not a good day. I had the truck towed to Dothan Chrysler Dodge Ram and was informed it would be several days before they could get to even Get to look at the truck. To my surprise I received a phone call from Matt it seems they were able to get it in sooner than expected and completed the repair much sooner than I thought. Bought a brand new vehicle from here less than a month ago. Jeep began jerking on day two. Called the dealership only to be told I would have to bring my Jeep in and leave it for at least a week and get my own rental or wait for two months for an appointment. No one has returned my calls and brand new Jeep still jerking. Will never buy from here again.

Great service great people took my car in and they completed the repair and called me I told them that I had came down with COVID and it would be ok I could pick it up when I was out of quarantine so that is what I did

Personally the service was good but the end result of the recall is tackey, it was an air bag emblem adjustment and for them to leave 3 holes in my steering wheel,. They should have had a replacement part,. Even if it was a new cover for the section that needed to be fixed

Very good staff especially Ashley Knight. Great car selection. Faculty was clean. They had a good selection and variety of vehicles to choose from. The really work hard to get you in a vehicle despite your credit. Finance manager was up front and not pushy on back end sales. Recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

I have always gotten great service from this Dealership but today I was treated extremely well. I didnt have an appointment but the service man Tim knew from the smell of coolantas I was pulling in what my problem was. I thought I would have leave my jeep for a couple of days but it was pulled in and worked on immediately.They had a radiator in stock, checked for other leaks, confirmed what I suspected and had me back on the road in 4 1/2 hours. Picked car up and nothing is fixed. Paid over $1000, they had my car for 4 months and problem is worse now than when I brought it in. Also left car uncovered in rain even though one issue was a leak around convertible top....now carpet is drenched and smells awful.

We are not happy with check up. They were ask to do a complete inspection because of the long travel we have to do. Have to wait for to long for an appointment. We had one on the August 27th at 8 a.m called insurance company and they didnt talk to the right people so now we lost our place in line and now we got to wait another month.

Tim was great he answered all my questions and concerns ! The team as a whole was great! I will not use any other place to work on my vehicle! I just wish they could do the work on my impala! I recommend this place for anyone who needs repairs on the vehicle. That is if you want it done right!!!

Great Patience throughly satisfied with the work done

Dont bother in making a service appointment, youll end up waiting longer. Not my first service here, but my first making an appointment. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. NEVER waited this long before, which is why I usually chose to stay.Then when it was finally ready they charged me for the rotation despite me reminding them I had prepaid for services last year. Tire rotation is not included was their response. Thankfully I had the receipt in my car from where I prepaid for the service and it clearly states that tire rotation was included.No apologies, but they voided the charge. No idea if theyve changed management in the service department or not, but was extremely disappointed today.

Ashley was great! Made buying our vehicle real easy and it went smoothly. Will certainly recommend and be back when it’s time to upgrade the truck. 10/10 from me and my wife.

My husband was contacted cold from a sales person asking if we happy with our payments. My husband expressed he would be willing to entertain the idea as long as we dont pay more monthly and we get a newer model. Originally there was deceit but they fired the guy who made promises. After talking to the manager he was willing to do whatever it takes to earn his business. I will say they worked hard to right their error and we are very happy with our purchase. Nevertheless, the start was a bit rocky.

Had a good experience here in the past but not my latest trip. I called to make an appointment but was told I was better off bringing it in as a walk-in. I was told 3-4 days tops, most likely sooner. After 5 days I called and was told that it would be more like 20 days. I ended up picking up my Jeep and taking it elsewhere since I couldnt be without my jeep that long.

I replace the transmission in my 2003 Jeep Wrangler and after install of the new one I had to have the computer reprogrammed before I could drive it. I called Dothan Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT and spoke with Allison in the service department, she was very profesional and know what I was needing. I dropped my Jeep off on Wednesday and was told they were very busy but would work it in as soon as they could and that it may take up to a week to get it done, I received a text telling what they were doing and on that Friday I received a text telling me it was done. I picked up my Jeep on Saturday and the transmission works great. I would recommend Dothan CDJF service department to everyone.
