David and Adam are incredible! We are undergoing a major remodel of our home. Even thru these difficult times David and his crew continuously provided the utmost level of professionalism not often seen these days. From design to finish they were fantastic, always showing the utmost consideration for us, the customer. They designed and built a 64 x 33 Pool cage built to withstand hurricane strength winds. In addition they built a 34 x 20 EZ-Breeze room with many extras. They also installed gutters around the house. We could not be happier with the outcome. The workmanship is top quality and the customer service is no less. We are so happy with the result that we have now commissioned a very large Carport. What a beautiful way for us to entertain family and friends. Thank you David and Adam.

Perfectly nice guys, all of them. But get things in writing with these folks. All along I was told a certain price but then when the invoice came it was more than we had discussed. Unfortunately I have nothing in writing so Im forced to pay the inflated invoice. Also pay attention to the installers. Luckily we noticed that the gutter covers were not the ones we had chosen. Finally keep an eye on the cleanup. We have been finding cut gutters and gutter spikes in the bushes since they got done. User beware.**Update**They ended up accepting the originally discussed lower price. Thank you

We had Hathcock come out to give us a quote on 3 projects, we decided to tackle screening in our porch first. They were responsive, on time, professional, detailed, and their work is top notch. I even called a week prior to the service asking if we could add a dog door in there, they said no problem. We’ve been living with out new screened in porch for about two weeks now and I’m still over the moon about it. Will definitely be booking them again for future projects.Note: For constructive feedback; I noticed that it’s been a bit of a challenge to get invoices/written quotes sent to our email and two attempts usually have to be made. It could be the software that’s being used but a very minor issue compared to the quality of work.

Called to set up an appointment for a quote and Adam called me back promptly. I had my quote and Adam took the time to answer all our questions. The real surprise was when Adam called me back and asked if he could do my install a week a head of schedule. His installers arrived on time and went straight to work. They were professional, polite, and efficient. Quality installed gutters and superb “follow through “ . The installers informed me they were done and walked around with me and showed me the finished product and answered my questions. Adam came back to the house a day later and met with my wife and I to ensure we were satisfied and didn’t have any questions regarding the install.This is a family owned business that cares about their customers and the service they provide. Hathcock performed gutter installation at my business and also at my home. The business installation was first which lead me to use Hathcock for my poolside tiki hut at my home. The home installation also used gutter leaf guards and emptied into a 58 gallon rain collection barrel which I am using to automatically water our plants. The quote was accurate, the communication was prompt, courteous and informative. The installer had some prior knowledge of my water collection system, suggested some ideas that have proved to be spot on. Installer was on time, did a craftsmanship type of installation, worked a full day then returned the next morning, on time, to finish then thanked us for letting Hathcock do the installation, cleaned up the work area and left us with a beautifully trimmed tiki hut, no more roof drips and fresh rain water for my plants and bird bath. Quite frankly it was a very rare treat to finally hire someone that did what they promised with great customer service and a fair price. No, I am not his mom. Thanks Hathcock.

Had seamless gutters and patio screen room installed. Can not say enough good things about the workmanship, professionalism and value of Hathcock Home Services. Extremely happy with the work. Excellent service and very congenial workers, I definitely recommend them. Our new windows are beautiful. Hathcock also installed new gutters for us in a very efficient manner.Update: while our gutters are great, the leaf guard used is not. Leaf stems and twigs get caught in the mesh and pile up on the gutters. They are stuck so fast, they don’t blow off even in a strong wind.

I had gutters installed and I knew exactly where they would be put, how many feet, and the cost! The hardest thing I had to do was pick a color which Adam gave very solid recommendations. They were quick to work and not intrusive at all. Sybil also does a great job with running the show in terms of customer service! Would recommend for gutter installation.

I was scheduled to have gutters installed but due to my brother being in a car wreck I tried to postpone the installation and didnt want to deal with as I was trying to pack and get to my bother in Orlando. The office was great and said no problem but the salesman continued to blow up my phone calling me a liar and I just found someone to do it cheaper. We’ve been fortunate to have Hathcock Home Services on two occasions. First, was after Hurricane Michael in Panama City. Local PC companies told us they wouldn’t even be writing estimates for at least four months. We temporarily relocated to Dothan as our home was severely damaged. We did some online research for a company to replace our screened in porch and drove to Hathcock’s showroom. Sybil (sic) displayed several options and set us an appointment with Adam. Very smooth process, great product and installation. “Hats off” to both of them and their crew! Another large company in Dothan never returned our numerous calls - thankfully! Approximately 18 months latter we moved to Dothan. Based on our extremely positive experience in PC we again reached out to Hathcock. We had them replace our windows; remove an incredibly inefficient sunroom; and design/install a modern sunroom. These guys are great. A little pricey but its worth it. I had gutters installed (3 inch, white, crown molding look). The installer who came out was very professional and quick the whole house took maybe 3 hours. And he was by himself....From the road you cant even tell that I have gutters installed they match so perfectly. Great Job!

They were late getting there but when they got there they waisted no time installing my gutters. They ensured what I wanted and we walked around and insured that the downspout left were placed right. Installation was quick, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. It has been over a month and many rains and all is working great. Id highly recommend Adam and his crew. They came out to look at my house for an estimate on A new sun room. Never received the estimate. I called numerous times, and every time I was told over and over the estimate will be done tomorrow. Its been almost a month still no estimate. Its hard to find reliable people these days.

We had this firm replace our windows and install storm doors. None of the doors are sealed to keep the cold weather out, and the frame of one door was removed but not replaced. Two of the doors locks broke,and I replaced them myself. When the company called and asked if they could use us as references I said yes,but I would tell the truth.They told me they would be in touch soon about our problems but we never heard back from them,and received no calls as a reference for a job well done. FAST FORWARD to March 2020, Adam visited us to look at the work on our doors, made a list of repairs, and after several delays due to the covid 19, today an EXCELLENT . Repairman arrived, made all repairs, was very respectful, and should be considered for a pay increase. We are going to consider having the company do screen work in the near future. Our thanks go out to Adam for his follow-up, and concern for the company customers. For todays work by an EXCELLENT employee, and the effort put forth by Adam, we are pleased to award the company Five Stars.

This company put a patio cover on the back of my house. It was an amazing experience all the way around. Adam, the salesman, was super nice and professional. He wasnt pushy and he represented the company well. The installers were a couple of good ol boys. I came home when they were installing and we had a good time laughing and joking while they were working. They made sure I was pleased with the work they performed before they left. A couple of times they asked me how they prefer they did a couple different parts of the install which i appreciated. Lastly, Sybil, the lady who works in the office...she is one of the sweetest people ive EVER met in my life. When i swung by the office to drop off the check we talked for probably about an hour. 2018: Adam Stinson of Hathcock Home Services met with me to discuss building two Fiberon Composite Decks with LED Post Lighting as well as seamless rain gutters with leaf guards for my new home in Slocomb. He answered the multitude of questions I had. He brought me to one of the homes where they had built a composite deck so that I could judge the quality of the composite material as well as the quality of the finished project. We agreed upon the design, the contract was signed.He assigned an excellent lead carpenter, Pennsylvania Curt who did a fantastic job with his team of skilled craftsmen.Each and everyone of them have my greatest respect.Demmy Patt is a rain gutter expert who measured and installed almost the entire system of gutters by himself which was truly amazing and surprisingly expedient.I am extremely proud of the 42 x 12 foot deck as well as the 38 x 21 foot deck as they compliment my home beautifully!Their work is backed up with a written warranty on both materials and labor.Update: As of January, 2019 Hathcock Home Services has constructed a 12 x 30 screen room on the back of my steel building.Roger & Jim did a magnificent job building this room. Once finished, they wiped down the room & picked up all scraps of screen & metal. Roger asked to me inspect the construction & approve the finished product. These two gentlemen deserve accolades for their fine craftsmanship & work ethic.Looking forward to the next project with Hathcock Home Services!

Just had seamless gutters installed this week and they look great. I laid some sod in the backyard and called adam to see if he could come do the installation and the next available installation was 2 weeks out, he made it happen, 1 day later he called me and tolld me he would have it done the following monday. Great service. and very profecional work!
