I am a single woman and a brand new RV owner. Everybody at Bama RV was absolutely wonderful. Big Al helped me find the perfect travel trailer. The staff made sure that I felt completely comfortable with the RV before I left the lot. They were very patient, and believe me, I tested that patience! They spent hours with me going over everything I needed to know. Also, they are very dog friendly. My baby girl, who is usually a little reserved around new people, made a lot of new friends! Go see them, they will make you feel like family!

I want say Bama as a whole is bad or the worse place ever as I have always heard really good things about them but I will say our experience with the salesman was by far the worse experience from any salesman I have ever worked with and Bama lost my business 100% because of him, wouldn’t walk on the lot.The guy was very arrogant and a liar, he wouldn’t listen to us as far as what we wanted in our budget and then had the nerve to blame my wife which was the wrong thing to do. We wanted what we wanted in our budget not what he wanted us to have.I called to talk to the owner and of course he wasn’t there and was told he would call me on Monday well I guess he hasn’t made it to Monday yet because he never called.

We bought our Camper from Bama RV over two years ago, and we are still loving it! CJ is an extremely helpful guy at the service desk. I am always glad when we get to see him. Bama Rv is the worst Rv dealership we have ever dealt with. We brought our camper to them on March 5th 2021 and just got it back July 19th 2021 4 1/2 months later and it came home with more issues than we left it with. And my goodness trying to actually talk to someone that knows what is actually going on with your unit is a joke the read it off a piece of paper half the stuff we asked to be done still didnt get done.

The best RV dealer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Shopping with Jason was a lot of fun. Even though things didnt work out as planned, they did right by me. I will definitely go back the next time Im in the market for a new RV.

A great experience buying a new travel trailer from Bama RV. Our salesman J Reiley was great, the first time we looked for a RV I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I didn’t buy one. But J Reiley had great patience with me. We looked at about 10 RV’s that day only to leave undecided (No fault of J’s). Then about a month later I thought I saw what I wanted and called J back up and ask him if he would show me it. He told me it was raining bad but to come on over. He showed me probably about 4 like I thought I wanted in rain and thundershowers. Then I got text from my wife telling me what I really wanted! So J Reiley showed me about 10 more in the thunderstorms, then I left again undecided and told him I would let him know. J never complained about showing me RV’s in the rain. He always had a great positive attitude all three times I was at the store! I called him back the next day and let him know what I (my wife) wanted! The process went so smooth. I highly recommend Bama RV for buying an RV and RV parts. I highly recommend J Reiley as your salesman! The rest of the sales staff and all the people who work there are great too, they all are very nice and make you feel very comfortable and important! There was no pressure at anytime to buy anything, even parts and accessories. Bama RV is running their business the way a business should be run! We recently bought a Winnebago travel trailer from Bama RV and had a great experience. This is our first RV, so besides some online research, we are brand new to everything that has to do with RVs. We stopped by one afternoon and were upfront that we had no intention of buying. Even knowing this we received fantastic service. We were shown around by Larry and he took the time to walk us through multiple models, educate us on various brands and had the knowledge to answer our many questions. It was great to be able to look and learn without having any pressure to buy. We were given time and attention. Once we did decide this was something we wanted for our family, the actual buying process was very well thought out. Bama RV was able to get things done quickly and accurately. We did the online application and from there we were in constant communication. It only took two days for them to do the paperwork and prep the travel trailer. On pick up day we did a walk through of the RV. The gentleman showed us how to operate every button and showed us every little thing we needed to know about the travel trailer. They then showed us how to hook up it all up to our vehicle. We then got help walking through the store to get the main essentials that are needed and followed that up with finalizing the paperwork. Overall it was a smooth process and an excellent experience. I would recommend Larry and Bama RV to friends and family. PS an added bonus to all this was the military discount.

We have purchased a new 5th wheel, camping odds and ends, and had yearly maintenance. Never an issue or problem.

We cant say enough good things about the Bama RV Service Department, especially Tom Henter!!! He fixed a non-water damaged soft spot in our motorhome floor (someone did not install floor braces) at a great price while working with us through attempts to get the RV manufacturer, extended warranty and vehicle insurance to cover the cost. Staff here are friendly, caring and genuinely helpful. The best! They also have RV sites with water and electric, as well as sewer dump stations for customers. We were here in April 2018 when the new facilities just opened and will return if in the area.

We came back to the service dept at Bama RV with an ongoing problem with our hot water heater because we trusted them. Service technician Garret worked with Dometic to learn there are TWO thermostat cut-off fuses, rated at different temps. THEN he had to figure out that the fuses were packaged wrong from the manufacturer, so difficult to tract all this down! So we’re headed back on the road with renewed confidence thanks to Garret’s service at Bama RV.

June 5, 2017The owner, Dave, had apologized about all trouble and promised to fix it, which was appreciated! Recently discovered the shower drain still leaking. Underbelly is full of water and leaking + the tub/surround wasnt sealed, so its leaking down the walls and under the tub. Screws on windows are still popping off amongst other faulty things on a new 2017 camper that shouldnt be happening.Mar 25, 2017Cindy had misled us in thinking certain features she was amplifying came with our camper. Unfortunately after purchasing the camper, features werent there (ie LED lights she had shown us pictures of them lit up on the camper, under the awning under and counter tops, on top of slide out inside) she had mentioned on three separate occasions they were on our camper, even tried to turn them on for us and couldnt find the switches so she said the tech guys would show them to us during our final walk through. During the walk through I asked, where are they? The tech (Terry, a great guy) had informed me they werent on our camper. I said that Cindy had told me they were, so they should be. He says well theyre not... NOT HIS FAULT BY ANY MEANS!! Today, we hauled the camper back to their buisness due to a leak under the bathroom tub and they owed us a break control set up on our truck, as soon as tech guys heard they were adamant about getting it fixed and if there was any problems wed bring it back and theyd replace it all. We arrived today and wanted to talk with Cindy about the LED lights she had said were on our camper but werent, the leak and break control set up. She was very short with us, said the tech guys will help us out, talk with them, then she walked away and soon after she left the premises. Later we saw her running around on her golf cart through the parking lot...she would not look at us nor talk to us or even check and see if everything was good and worked out for us. I believe she was avoiding us... Its like she said whatever she said to sell the camper then it was like screw you guys, on to the next!We talked with Brad about the lights, he looked at the pamphlets of our camper showing the LED light features with (not included in all models) under the picture, which Cindy had showed us that exact SAME picture in the pamphlet and said this is what the LED lights look like on your camper. Since she could not figure out how to turn them on and show us in person. Brad looked up the cost of the LED light strips we were lead to believe were already on our camper, along with the labor to install them on our camper....his words exactly, ballpark- youre looking at a couple hundred with labor...could be more, could be less.We just feel completely mislead, extremely aggravating that nothing was done about what Cindy had told us to sell us this camper. Glad the techs were great and able to fix the leak, wire the break control, and answer any questions we still we had about the camper THAT DAY. Weve had this thing for 4 days and already this many issues !! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the effort to make things right with what we were lead to believe by THEIR salesperson!Mar 20, 2017Super great people ! We came in looking for a camper since weve somehow managed to flood our camper twice within the first 3 days we were down here on an out of town job (we are from Missouri) and they could not have been more helpful with financing and finding our Travel Trailer! We dealt with Cindy, she was great with listening to our needs/wants and finding a camper to best accommodate us. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful, they were all hands down the best sales people Ive met!! There is truly no BS, no pressure, no added fees, the price they list is THE price. Cindy also hooked us up with a stabilizer hitch, warranties, a start up kit for us (essentials-sewer hose, tp, cleaners for commode etc) and much more!! Very pleased with the service, Im glad the locals here in Daleville and Enterprise were kind enough to recommend them to us!! Most appreciated Bama RV!

We had a wonderful experience with Bama Rv! We bought our forest river Wolf Pup over a week ago and could not be happier! Worst service department. They have you bring the RV and then park it for weeks without working on it. Lynn in the service department is rude and cuts you off if you question their performance. Bama is all smiles and friendly when they’re trying to sell you something but when something breaks or needs repair, you’re a bother. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT ON THEIR PROPERTY AGAIN. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My Wife and I bought a Travel Trailer from Bama RV 4 years ago and had a great experience. We were looking to upgrade and we went back to Bama RV and they treated us just like family. We traded in our 2017 Coachmen Catalina for a 2020 Coachmen Freedom Express and we couldn’t be happier. Big AL was our salesman. He is such a great person and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He kept in contact with us through the whole process and made sure everything went smooth. Brad in finance was great to work with too. He made sure he showed us all our options with extended warranties and made the whole financing process easy. Terry in the service department did our walkthrough of the new Freedom Express we purchased and he couldn’t have been better. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and he answered any questions we had and he took his time showing us how everything worked on our new travel trailer. I also can’t say enough nice things about Dave the owner. From the first time we walked in Bama RV four years ago to purchase our first travel trailer all the way to now he has always treated us like family. If he is there when we come in the store he always speaks and asks us how we are doing and he always thanks us for our business. You can’t go a whole lot of places these days and be treated like your business is appreciated but you can at Bama RV. That is why it is the only place we will ever buy an RV from.

Lazy saleperson.... didnt wanna show us anything.. and no it wasnt a show and a truck driver.. this was 2 weeks ago.. we went in... shown one and immediately back to his office, there were others in the back and in front we wanted to see and there was no enthusiasm on that...

We were on a 10 day camping trip a little over an hour away in late July when our air conditioning went out during the first night. We called Bama Rv, where we had bought our travel trailer and Garrett immediately tried to diagnose and troubleshoot our problem by phone. After checking a few items Garrett recommended we bring it right in and they would try to fix it so we could continue our trip. When we arrived at the store the service was incredible. Shawn, Garret and the whole staff jumped in to get us going and back on vacation. It was great to see that high level of service in this day and age. Wonderful staff top to bottom.

The staff is super friendly. We had an issue with our hot water that my husband new how to fix he just needed parts. They not only got him the correct parts but they gave him extra wire and connectors we would need to put it on for nothing. The staff we funny and amazing to talk with as well!!! They have a great selection in their main room of things you may need. Worth the stop

Brought the 5th wheel in for a collapsed blank tank. Bama RV performed the repairs without any unneeded charges. The tank itself was OK but they welded new mounting brackets and put straps under the tank making it stronger than it came from the factory. Due to a trip we had out of country during Christmas, they held onto the trailer until we could return and retrieve it. Lynn with service kept us informed and made the whole repair process seamless. I highly recommend Bama RV for any RV needs you have.

He did not attempt to oversell us, and provided exactly what we asked him for, and delivered on every single promise he made to us.The finance process was also straightforward, with no hidden costs, and Shawn, likewise, did not attempt to sell us anything we did not need. In fact, when we were discussing the pros and cons of adding a particular component to the sale, Shawn spoke up and actually expressed his views with regard to why we likely did not require what we were considering.When we went to pick up our travel trailer, we were met by, Anthony, who took us on a guided tour of our trailer. He showed us where everything was and how it worked, and he answered all our questions from a place of years of experience and knowledge. Highly recommend Bama RV! We worked with Russ Muller. He was friendly, professional, and gave us a lot of information that we didnt get from other salesmen at other dealerships. The finance manager, Brad, was also great. He presented everything clearly and there were no surprise fees or extra charges. Seth walked us through our new camper and explained how everything works. We never felt rushed and he checked often to see if we had any questions. One of the owners, Dave, also stopped to chat with us for a bit. Overall, just a great experience!

A bottom line of front honesty you don’t hear about most camping experiences. I visited 7 Dealers from Jacksonville FL up to Macon GA The customer service and the tech support I received before, during and during the PDI was superb. My sales person Scott Hardy was great. Scott never even gave me a hint of a push for a sale. I appreciate that. But was ready to answer all my questioned. And, if he didn’t have an answer, he got one almost instantly. The tech Jessie that assisted with my walk through made sure I was leaving happy. In other words, I inspected as thorough as I could be and in his words when manages asked him how much longer, “ I’m done when everything is resolved”. The tech guru, can’t remember his name, also made sure all the technology I had was working and me knowing how to use it. I can only hope now that as good as they are at treating the customers like family, they aren’t forgotten.

Jason Reiley made buying our first camper a breeze. He even let us use the golf cart while he walked in the rain. Class act.

Sales was terrific is the reason they get 1star from me. They lost 4 stars on service. I bought a new 38 ‘ Alpine Keystone in Mar 2019. Nothing is ever perfect and was told by the service guys they could fix minor issues-ice maker-corner broken when they delivered-stove not fitted properly-etc on site for me. Should only take a few hours. Could be done in about a week. Called the head of service Repeatedly and finally called on the owner. No follow up from any of them in 4 months. Guess the forgot because I gave up asking. I’ll trade up again in a couple years and they will not be who I do biz with again. My family has done biz with them as well with similar effects. We’ll take our biz somewhere else in the future.

Bama RV took my RV even though they were backed up for warranty work. Lynn made sure we got in and took care of our home. I live in my camper full time and Lynn made sure we got it fixed as quickly as possible and got us taken care of. We couldnt ask for better service than we got from Bama RV. Absolutely without a doubt the best place to buy a camper! They go above and beyond to make you happy and make things right. I have never been so impressed with a place of business before. We bought a nice camper at bama RV excellent credit like 8:40 but I kept getting the paperwork wrong. We had to finance with a bank in another state and they still do not have our address correct

We just purchased our 3rd camper from Bama RV. Theres a reason we keep coming back. Customer service is excellent, and they strive to make the customer happy. Good business starts at the top. Owners Dave and Eric strive to do whats right. Our salesperson Drake returns phone calls and assist with any situation that arises even after the sale. CJ in parts and service will take good care of you. He will try his best to find what you need even if Bama doesnt have it. Brad in finance came in on his off day to close our deal at our convenience. Terry did our walk through and made sure everything worked properly. This may very well be the last camper we purchase, but if something happens and we need to buy another one then Ill shop 1st at Bama RV.

We are from out town and our brake controller kept sticking with the brakes on. Even though we purchased our camper and controller in Decatur, Alabama, Bama RV swapped our controller for a new one so we didn’t have to drive home without camper brakes. Bama RV is awesome!

Big Al is the best. The owner is very helpful and the f&I guy makes it all easy. Then the guys that explain how to use your new camper, nothing missed. Meet the guys in parts and service too.. some of the friendliest, helpful people I ever meet and a sales dealership. 5 Stars all the way. The prices are great too.

I recently purchased an RV from Bama RV and could not be happier with the experience. Dave was very helpful and answered all my questions, even providing me with his personal cell number and answering call and texts late in the evening, sometimes. Terry (my walk thru tech) was very helpful, patient, informative and knowledgeable. He was a true gem. I had a lot of questions. Nick -- the Parts manager was very nice and helpful. He was so nice! He even drove me to a near by restaurant so I could have lunch while they installed my hitch in my truck and my televisions. I think Bama RV should earn the name the yes dealership. They were very easy to work with and everything I asked for ...the answer was always YES! I will purchase more RVs in the future and look forward to working with Bama RV again.
