I found a used truck at this dealership that was about 2 hours away from me. Negotiated all through email. When I arrived at the dealership the truck reeked of cigarette smoke and I was a little displeased that they wouldn’t have told me that knowing I was 2 hours away or at least come down on price. Other than that sale was fine and they weren’t overly pushy but they were well aware I wasn’t local and didn’t disclose.

I saw a Facebook post of a Hyundai Kona so I called about it and tasked to Ashley. She was such a sweetheart and very helpful. I ended up going at lunch on Friday to test drive the Hyundai Kona I saw online but saw a Surf Blue 2020 Kona that I loved and had to test drive it. Michael Chancey helped me out and was extremely helpful. He went over everything on the car and I knew I had to have that car. I ended up buying it and driving off the lot that day with it. Before I left, he helped me set up the Blue Link and showed me most of the settings on the car. He kept in touch the last week and I am extremely happy with my car and the service I received from everyone at Hyundai if Dothan. I would definitely recommend them. There was no pressure.
