The very rude management and employee that we dealt with need to get educated on the laws conserning service animals because they broke a few of them tonight. You do not have the right to approach someone with a service animal and tell them that they have to show you documentation for said service animal when he was clearly wearing his service vest. The ignorance that these people showed was absolutely rediculous and hopefully no one else will be treated the way we were after our lawyer educates these ignorant women.

Best place to buy meat in Dothan. Cheaper than most places and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Great meat and service. Meat department cuts meat to any way you want it. Today we got a pork loin, cut into 1/2 chops got about 40 chops for less than $15.00. With a smile.

Parking lot has lots of space. Handicapped parking available. There is a ramp leading to door. We shop here often, it is always clean and well stocked. The staff is ok. You either get friendly people or ones that just dont care to talk. But they do their job. The items are reasonably priced. It is not usually over crowded. Recommend to shop here if you dont like the over crowded and under stocked big retailers.

It is okay but way to cold in there. If I buy dumplings they are frozen so hear they tear up trying to separate them. Also the frozen bins close to the bread are sometimes completly empty and turned off for days. This happens way to often. Other than that they are great

They carry different items every time we go in and no selection. Some things are ridiculously over priced. I have even bought meat here for a great price and the top pieces you can see, look amazing but then after you get home and open it, every piece you can not see underneath was solid brown. I live a block from this store and would only go here if these things werent the case. The people that work there are very nice.

Good prices on meats and such however I live out of state (South Carolina) and could not use my card at their store. All that was required for it to work was for the manager or even assistant manager to call an 800 number and ask to be added as a point of sale affiliate and they refused! I had to leave over $300.00 worth of food and go to the Piggly Wiggly instead. Ive been there SEVERAL times over the last few years and they STILL havent bothered getting added to the list.

Best meat prices in town!

Recently asked to the white haired guy in the meat department to cut up a whole rib eye for me. He refused by saying he was about to leave for the day. It was around noon when I was in there and I really needed this for the upcoming weekend (July 1) I asked if I could just come back and get it the morning of July 1. He said that the company doesnt do that sort of thing. He said I needed to go to Shur Value for that.
