We had such a great experience with Dr gegg and his nurse Vanessa! So nice and they never leave you just wondering, and questions you have they will answer with no problem! I would recommend this office to anyone. Surgery was also quick and they called when they started and when they finished. If I could I would rate 10 stars! Thank you for helping my baby ENT South!

Dr. Gegg and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. They are all friendly and put me at ease right away. I appreciate the fact that I could have my hearing test done in the office as part of my visit with only a $15 copay.

Appointment set up for lost of smell occurrence for over approximately 2 months. Reschedule appointment by office for day b4, day of appointment, office schedule HR later which is understood by Dr needs. HR latter called and wanted me to be tested. Should just said the office was busy with appointments instead of bs.

They were rude,I was 10 mins. Late so they said I had to reschedule my appointment, dr.nunnaly sure has changed since he first came to Dothan, I wont be bothering him or his office again,

I am so thankful to Dr Nunnally and his staff. He has done an amazing job in helping me with my ear. I know that God is the almighty healer, but I believe that He has given amazing knowledge to Dr Nunnally so He can work through him to help others. He does an outstanding job and he knows exactly how to fix an ear 😊I also must give a big shout out to his nurses, and the ladies in the front office. Molly was so understanding today. I was in tears because I was scared. She explained to me what I needed to do to ease my tensions before and during my procedure. I took her advice, and everything went wonderful!!Thank you so much for all you do!!

I am not sure what to think I have been seeing them for over a year so far and they havent treated me not once for my allergies or chronic sinus condition. I had the surgery to open my nostrils but it didnt help any with my allergies. I havent started treatment yet after numerous attempts to get it started. I am suffering with no end in sight with An ENT. The staff is friendly though. Over a year and only pills that dont work pumps n sprays and hasnt in years. Maybe my case is extreme but its the no solution in sight for me. I stopped going, hell I cab call my regular Doctor for pills. I take one kind in the am another at night, the rinse and the spray every day to barely make it through a whole week.

Dr.Nunnally can give you the worst News in the BEST Way!!! Sinus infection but Niel Pert is one of the BEST drummers of Our Time!!!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome experience! Everyone from Front lobby to Dr.Nunnaly are pleasant to be around. I have been dealing with chronic sinus infection for 2 years. We tried several different aniti-biotics before deciding on the sinus surgery. This surgery has been a miracle for me, Recovery was smooth, no true pain, just uncomfortable. The only negative I had was from the nose spray, I did that one time and will not do that again, Rinsing works for me.

Love this place. The physicians were so professional, seen Dr.Gegg. He was very nice and courteous. Staff was very nice and considerate. The front desk girls treat you like family. They were very nice. Great place.

Love Dr. Gegg. He has done 3 sets of tubes on my daughter. As well as taking out her adenoids and tonsils. My daughter, who is 2, loves him and will let him check her ears and throat no problem.

Dr. Nunnaly sat on his stool, leaned back, looked in down my throat, said it liiked scratchy, then stuck a tool up my nose and tapprd on the bone, said nothing and then leaned back against the wall and proceeded to pick in his ears with the tool. I got up and walked out. He was very arrogant, in my opinion. Needless to say I will not go back. I must say that his staff was very professional and seemed to care.

I think this place just wants your money. I went there a few years ago myself and was not happy with how I was took care of. My daughter-n-law went their this month after suffering from a sinus infection for 3 weeks. The Dr. did prescribe her medication which did nothing for her. She took her meds as prescribed. 5 days later she was still in tears, head hurting, hearing things muffled as if she were underwater. Why when a Dr. is told all this and looks at the patient and can see how miserable and ill she looked. My gosh, she was in tears. She was pale, not sleeping. Not in good shape at all.. Took her to ER today. First thing that was asked when she told them she had seen another dr. previously was What kind of antibiotics were prescribed by dr? Well none we said. Doesnt say much for the doctor at ENT South in my eyes. She got a shot of antibiotics and a shot of Benadryl. She actually slept now for 3 hours straight and feels better. I myself would never go here again. Neither will she. $102.00 down the drain. They should give her the money back that she spent there for nothing. Rip Off! Oh and that star up there is because I couldnt post if I didnt check it. 0 stars from me.
