Very friendly staff and great industrial equipment for rent.

Rented a 34 ft boom lift legs stopped working said it would be 30 minutes to send someone. So I called back and informed them that I would just bring it back not send anyone they said ok. I pulled up a gentleman outside got an attitude with me because he just sent out a mechanic out ( bad communication on their part) no one ever apologized for their equipment no one offered more time or money back nothing!! I had a job with a deadline that could not be carried out due to wasting half a day trying to get the equipment to work. Very dissatisfied!

Josh Summerford is the man to see at Agf. No matter what the problem or issue or pricing or just plain being the best man to talk to about all the rental equipment, he’ll take care of it for you. Had a great experience renting equipment from the AGF facility located in Dothan, AL. Very new equipment in good shape. Equipment was ready as promised on pick up day. All the guys in the office – Jesse, Josh and John – were extremely helpful. Jesse even went out of his way on the weekend to help us out. We will definitely rent from them again. I do not encounter this high level of customer service very often. When I do, I appreciate it!

The guys over at AGF are top notch. Weve rented scissor lifts left and right from them and they are always ready and willing to deliver and help us however they can. Daniel Watters is the go to guy if you need anything.

Great folks to do business with.

Stopped in, pre paid for an equipment rental. They said it would be there first thing in morning. Next day 3 hours went by after promise time. Called every hour on hour they tell you what they want you to here. Finally I cancel rental and he says it was going off the lot. I go over to get my refund, they offer to trailer the rental and I could drive it over with my truck withouy any discount. We take the equipment at 1pm when the ticket says 9 am. Next day they say if equipment is after 9 am it will be another day charge...Needless to say.. no more going there

Ive never rented anything, matter of fact I didnt even know what AGF was till I looked you up just now. My child started school a year ago, all year its been a battle changing the bus routes to keep her safe. You see it doesnt matter how far the bus driver pulls into my yard, it doesnt matter what time he comes and it doesnt matter how clear the morning is. Its still really scary watching your driver speed up going around a really sharp curve just so he doesnt have to stop and wait for my daughter to get on the bus. When he sees the bus pulling into my grass (something we deal with so we dont have to worry about him hitting the bus) he steps on the gas to make it before the stop sign comes up.... putting my 6 year old in danger. Its not every morning and our bus driver has switched routes to try to keep her safe but they still come by the same time some mornings, it doesnt matter how clear, how foggy or even if its raining. Normally I dont complain but you see a baby standing waiting for her bus you slow down not spwed up to try and beat the bus. Shes never alone but that doesnt change a thing.

Rented Terex and Wacker skid steers. They have made hydraulic hoses and done field service on my own equipment great rates, great people.

After driving an hour to pick up my so called reserved machine they said they didn’t have one.Highly recommend renting elsewhere.

Rental equipment is reasonably priced and the staff if super friendly and helpful

Give you Equipment which is not charged and then they charge you to keep them charging for overnight.So they give you bad equipment but expect you to pay or rather over charge just because they have your credit Card with them...... I am never going back to rent back from this place .
