Great experience. First time home buyers, and the process was very smooth, very fast, very communicative, and just all around a great people. Everyone was very friendly. Luis was outstanding and went out of his way numerous times to help us and knew his stuff! Mrs. Anne was so kind and communicative with all of our questions and concerns, she is a very lovely woman! Matt is so down to earth and hilarious!! He is a fast and excellent handy man!! We love this place! We will always recommend Clayton Homes!

Candy lied to my parents countless times. Also, told my parents to lie to the health department in order to get a septic tank approved. This is a horrible business to treat elderly the way that my parents have been treated.Bought and paid for a home. Was told they would be in it by the end of June. It is August 14th and my parents are still not in the home.

Very very very unorganized been told so many that they are just waiting on permits but it’s been almost 2 months and home has not been set up was hopping to get a home before my son was born now he is here and I am still waiting for them

I visited your lot on yesterday. There were several homes I would liked to have toured and received information about but not one salesperson asked me if I needed assistance. Customer service was terrible. I walked the entire lot and no one came out to even welcome me or ask if I needed help. I even sat in my car approximately 10 minutes after walking the lot in which I was facing the office I could see salesmen sitting at their desk so I know they could see me as well. There was another couple on the lot in which they were receiving help when I entered the premises. I walked right by them with the salesperson standing there and she never acknowledged my presence. When she finished with her conversation with that couple she went back into the office. Very unprofessional.

UNREAL! I stopped in to see the home called the “ silo” and spoke with the salesman and asked him what the price was on the home. He quoted me 70k for a two bedroom I bath home. I looked the home up online and it’s listed in the 50s. I would not have paid even 50 for this particular home, but I wanted to see what a friend was buying and was being nosy. I would not recommend this place due to the interaction I had with the salesman who obviously was being dishonest and unprofessional and definitely unrealistic.

Candy and her Sales Team were awesome. Best price and great experience. I recommend shopping at Clayton Dothan before you make a decision to buy.

Great store! Candy and her team are nice and not pushy like some other places. They do know what they are talking about, from the homes to financing options. If you are looking for a home, go there first! You will not be disappointed.

Not sure where to start considering it has been horrible the whole 5 months . Dealing with Jim He always has some kind of an excuse for everything. But if it was him he would not want to stay in his trailer without a key to lock the door for a month. And they still havent finished putting the skirting up and light fixtures and the screen back door. Just be careful they definitely dont do what they should do

Sandy took such great care of us! I know she mentioned she just started working at Clayton not too long ago, but she was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! My wife and I had such a great experience, and we hope to be buying our new home here very soon.

Still waiting for the past two weeks on our home and not been given a valid reason why...I don’t think the weather had anything to do with yalls service ... it’s very frustrating I thought this was going to be an easy experience but nope... I’ve found a lot wrong in the home already .. broken panels, rust in windows from someone leaving heavy duty staples etc

Worst experience we have had nothing but issues first day we got keys the house wasnt even cleaned lived in a construction zone for over month and had to help them find a reliable contractor just to get my place fixed my yard ...update Candy worked hard to get the issues handled and my wife is now satisfied. Clayton in Dothan has provided the absolute best customer experience by far!!!The entire staff was so friendly, and made me feel welcomed! Sandy took her time with me, was very knowledgeable, answered my million questions, and was very personable! We absolutely fell in love with one of their homes, and they were able to beat the price we had received from another dealer! Hiiiighly recommend!!
