The level of customer service is far superior than any place Ive been in Alabama. We werent pressured to buy anything. After selection, we were put on tour of all the areas to ensure we had everything needed to ride. Our salesman was Paul. If your in the market, thats who you see. He was awesome and fitted us with proper motorcycles.

I took the riders course at the Harley Dealership in DOTHAN AL. I absolutely loved it! The coaches are amazing they definitely make you feel comfortable and put in a lot of time and effort to get you up and riding. After taking the course I ended up purchasing a bike. I test rode the bike that I eventually bought. Paul was amazing! He listened to exactly what I was looking for and got me the bike I wanted. The whole staff is awesome, they always make me feel like family and not just some customer. If you havent been here I highly recommend you check it out, this is by far the best Harley Davidson Ive been to!

AWESOME customer service from the service department- I had a last minute problem just days before moving out of town, and they were (somehow) able to expedite getting my bike in, repaired, & even washed in less than a full day; granted it was not an extensive repair (heated handgrips came unplugged when the bike was in for some much more extensive repair work back in December), but they insisted on “making it right before I departed the area”. HUGE KUDOS to a place that didn’t really have to get in any hurry due to my procrastination, but they did anyways.

The people were very helpful in finding my wife a special jacket that was back ordered . No complaints here

I actually found the bike I wanted while browsing their website. The sales associate held the bike for me until I could get down there to test-ride. It was immaculate, only issue I had was that it has a reach seat on it. Im a really big guy, so I had to buy another seat, but I still wouldnt trade that bike for any of the others they had, and I feel like they knew that and made every effort to cater to me in every other respect. I am most likely a customer for life.

Employees were all nice and helpful, and they didnt hover and try to push sell on us.

Was told by an employee all peanut shirts were buy one get one half off. After checking out and going outside we realized the discount was not given. Went back inside to ask about it and the cashier said that sale was last week and refused to give us the discount and make things right. Won’t be back to this HD dealership.

Didnt say I hated it but you have salesman standing around running their mouth judging people beCause of the way they may have been dressed that day I know 11000.cash aint much but I sat on the inside bench after looking outside used and inside not 1 person acknowledged us and 3 bozos stood at the counter cracking. We watched for about 5 minutes and went out and listened to a guy try to sing turn the page and thats what I did closed the book took my cash and left. Glad you guys are doing that great of a biz that you dont need mine.Hpundog

Great experience 100 miles from home. Service tech (cant recall his name)helped us with two minor issues on both bikes. Oil check and kick stand issue. He just checked it out, lubed the stand and sent on our way. They treat ya like part of the ownership family no matter where you purchased. Visited the cam-am dealership today. Started off pleasantly with nice help and great bikes. At first...looked at bikes and let me take a test drive around the building. No prices posted. Salesperson turned very pushy when I requested a simple sale price. Finally after getting some information she disappeared and finally after a wait brought a paper with estimate of a price and payment. Then it turned agressive. Said I was lying on a price from cycle trader talked down to me.Would not let me have a copy of sale price. Felt manager walk up behind me like he was about to pounce. Felt very uncomfortable. Didnt enjoy the last part of the visit when I just wanted to look and get a price.

Love the staff. They have been bending over backwards to get me into my dream bike. Highly recommended. Love them!

Ive been a frequent customer of this dealer to get most of my Harley parts or accessories. The parts usually need to be ordered and they come in fairly quick, but I wish they would keep more in stock.

Great people and service. Was treated like family when we walked in. And even though we told the sales people we wasnt interested in buying a bike just browsing. They was super friendly and offered cookies and coffee and spoke to me about the different bikes and options. So on my next bike Ill be traveling up from tampa Florida to get one from them .

Riding back from Panama City Beach to Nashville after Thunder Beach Spring Rally, we were in dire need of a rear tire. We phoned HD of Dothan from about 35 miles away. They said that they could take care of us and get us back on the road. We told them we were headed straight there. Rode 35 or so miles (out of our way) on bum tire, to the dealership. When we arrived, we were informed by the same individual that we spoke to on the phone, that they were unable to do the work because they had a tech go home sick. When we explained our situation again, we were told that they wouldnt have done it anyway, because we had mismatched tires on the bike. We were told that he didnt care if we broke down on the side of the road, nor did he care that one of our party worked at a H-D dealership and knew that his excuse was just that, an excuse (most likely to sell people two tires when they only need one). In fact, he cut her off and wouldnt even allow her to finish her sentence. The worst part, was that we still had to hand them money to purchase the tire, even though we had to take it elsewhere to be mounted. I was told the parts person who processed the sale of the tire was cool. Otherwise, they didnt seem to care about our safety, our future business, or positively representing the Harley-Davidson brand in any way. Garbage.
