Service is fast for a parts store. Reps are proficient, courteous and want your business. The store is clean, fully stocked with shelves always presentable. They even have some parts for golf carts and 6 volt tractor batteries.

They higher people that dont know what they are doing, that dont even need to work in a parts store. I just lost 60 miles worth of fuel because they say they have 2 parts in stock and I only need one. I get there and they not even have one. Oh let me order it... Lol joke

Long lines, they need more professional help. They dont answer phones. No help. You could be waiting and they see you and dont acknowledge you🤦‍♂️😒

Does not carry a lot of parts

Excellent service. I went in to return a starter core, and when I went to leave the car wouldnt start. Staff tested the battery for me, and found it was bad. They installed a new battery, and got us on our way quickly.

Yes its right next to Mexico and Ive got nothing against Spanish or other cultures but, when Im trying to find something as specific as Auto parts, please have at least one person there that can speak English and spell. I had to correct the guys spelling a few times. That doesnt instill confidence that Im getting the right part.

Bilingual, yes! And they have everything we need for our vehicles, back to 1996. I love their quick service, friendly smiles, and great prices.

AutoZone big help to me my key remote control stop working I was told that it was Dealership part only had to go to Dealership to program new key Remote to my car Kool But I had to go to AutoZone for some Antfree look forward and saw key Remote replacement do it yourself in 5 Minutes cool the price it self I was saving money AutoZone man its easy 5 Minutes you done they had one for my car I bought it went home save around $50 Dollars read the article about how to do it less then 5 Minutes done with it Thank you AutoZone

I love this refurbishment, I find everything necessary for my car and if they do not have it, they order it and the next day they have it available. Excellent service from your staff.

The experience in this place is generally good, if they dont have the parts, they usually get them in a day or two. Prices are reasonable and quality acceptable. The only detail I could point out is that the last time I was there, I had to cancel an order for a 2000 Caravan brake booster because in Oreilly they did have it in stock. But from there on out I have had no problem.
