More than fabrics, has art supplies too, like a mini-Michaels. Look for good clearance deals as holidays expire, and clearance deals defined by a distinctive red tag w/black text. Usually has a really good coupon or two printed on your receipt.

Im here on a Sunday afternoon and there is a thin young lady working hard and as fast as she can. There is also a manager back here cutting material as well..I go around to grab a number...and I ask the manager? (I think) if they are doing numbers...no just a line...and mind you there are 4 o 5 people in line...The rude ladys name is Sara...very short hair...plump...I really dont appreciate her attitude...or customer service...Smh...

Mixed today. The ladies in the back were great, the one in the front wouldnt let me do a coupon without downloading the app. Had a new phone, but in the past Ive always been able to pull up the coupons. Maybe things have changed. I also get them sent to my phone, and have an account, but she wasnt interested in helping me.

The wife and I stopped by this location to get fabric to reupholster some chairs. I unfortunately dont remember the womans name that helped us but she was very informative and super friendly. I recommend stopping by this location for your fabric needs!

The 1st person told me to ask the person at the fabric cutting table she told the wrong place but the 3rd person got it right. There. Was only 1 very friendly cashier so the line was backed up. When her portable A/C fell I said call someone to help she stated that there wasnt anyone. Smh

Sometimes its hard not to do extensive browsing when you go to Joann Fabrics. They have everything and all you end up doing is walking around thinking about all the things you can create. Very nice store.

Sara Anderson Is the WORST manager I’ve encountered. The attitude was horrendous; I advise you to shop at any other Jo-ann Fabrics aside from this one. I will not be returning, referring, or taking ANYONE to this branch. It makes Douglasville look terrible.If that’s even her name. For all I know she could’ve been lying.

Probably my favorite fabric store in the burbs. These ladies are so helpful, and after enough visits they feel like family. The distinguished lady that works the cutting table is full of tips, and tricks to help me on my sewing project.

I dont usually shop here but did for my mama. Out of the 4 ladies I asked for help, only 1 helped me. And she was the only one who actually walked over to me and helped. Everyoje else was snarky about it and acted as tho it was not their job to even try to find help for a customer

Great place for fabric needs. Went to find fabric for back to school face mask with a see through section so the kids can see your mouth. Managed to find a few good fabrics, as well as the clear vinyl. The help here is always so friendly. Made sure to use our 40% off single item, and 20% off entire purchase. Everyone was wearing mask and keeping social distance. My wife is a teacher and works with Kindergarten age kids, so seeing your mouth is important for these kids. Anyway, Joanns is a great place to find craft type items. Definitely worth the visit.

The staff here is very helpful especially the manager.She always has a smile on her face and can be in the middle of doing something and still make sure you are taken care of.

This location does not carry a lot of upholstery fabrics. The salespeople working the floor didnt seem very knowledgeable about fabrics. I probably would not visit again.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly and seem happy to work there. I could spend hours in here wandering around. They have anything you can imagine for crafts. Ive also ordered online and picked up at the curb and had 2 pleasant experiences.

There was a lady, named Gene I think, and we saw a price online that said the price of yarn was marked down to 6.99 and it did not say online only, but the price in store was 7.99. but my catch was that they could not price match or just make sure that the price was the same online and in-store so we wont have this issue. I was very disappointed. I have seen better from you Joanns.

I truly believe that you could film an episode of Supernatural there without any special effects. It is some sort of altered reality. The place is a mess and there is always just one cashier. Always!!!

They never have the things I am looking for and no one in the store spoke to us. Not a fan but very few options left.

They have pretty much all you need if not you can order it online and pick it up the next day.

We ordered thread online and it charged my card and the email said they close @6, we make our way here and try to call them multiple times... with no answer. My question is, what’s the point of having the phone if you do not pick up? We get to the store and there’s a sign that says closes at 5.. I understand with everything going on... but don’t send someone an email that says you close at 6 and not answer your phones... To top it off, as we go to the door, someone is leaving and we ask if we can get our pickup order and we are told they are closed. If they would have answered there phones then none of this would happen. Hope everyone finds somewhere better to purchase online items.

In a city close to the heart of a ton of conventions, I would have thought itd be slightly larger. Dont get me wrong! It was big but not the size I was hoping for. The people are nice and helpful. I would love to see them move to a larger location with tons more things! It is very nice to have a Joanns this close!

There was not very much of an inventory to select from. They did not have the fabric we came to get which was okay, it happens but the staff was not very helpful. One staff person ignored my question so I did not ask again. Even though this was the closest location to where we live, we will not be going there again.

I ordered 4 yards of a particular fabric online on the 17th. I do not live near this store. But I called them today about the status of order. Iwas old That they have not done anything with orders. I sent my fiance. He was in a 1.5 hour to get in the line because I checked the fabric saying they still have 24 yards left. This store has been a disappointment to many.

They allowed a woman to stay in the store with her 7 year old who was having a complete and total meltdown and didnt say a word to her but try to help her find an item she didnt even buy while the rest of us had to suffer the outlandish noise a 7 year old screaming for no joke 13 minutes straight at the top of his lungs. We spent our hard earned money and shouldve been given the respect to shop in peace.The manager is obviously far too nice to tell the lazy mother to take her problem child out of the store to give paying customers the shopping experience they deserve free of her bad parenting. The experience was sickening to watch the child rule the mother and the sound of this kid made me sick . The management shouldve asked her to step outside until she got the child under control

I appreciate that Joann’s carry’s so much quirky character and fan driven fabric. I have a lot of Doctor Who and Marvel prints. I also dig the new rewards program. As if I needed more reasons to spend money there. The staff at this store are very nice and helpful.

This place never has enough cashiers...only 1... The line is always long. These poor ladies do the best they can I guess.

I drove across the State line just to go to Joann Fabrics and was highly disappointed because the yarn I wanted was out of stock and they didnt seem to carry as much yarn in the store. Ive tried to order it online, but it always shows they cant ship it. Employee in the fabric section was great she found what I wanted in that department. They need new cars because the wheels were broken on all of them.
