On Dec 7th, 2017 we this company comes to install new laminate flooring. As of today May 8, 2018 it has been 5 months since the initial installation and the work has yet to be completed. I have postponed and rescheduled several appointments to work with the company. We have received the run around from this company since 12/7/2017. We had about 20 or more boards that were damaged after the installation on 12/7th. We also had a lot of other issues with the installation. I have call and stopped by the office so many times I lost count.First guy Charles I worked with never kept in contact with me and I had to be the one calling all the time. He didn’t order all the trim work needed which has cause a big problem. He is no longer with the company and told me to speak with owner Steve Daniel about the unfinished work. I have had people come out several times now trying to complete the work but it’s not complete. They even sent two men out to my home who didn’t even work with laminated flooring. They advised me they only work with carpet.Mr. Daniel after this point I have come in the store and contacted your office several times and left messages with Randy Daniel for you to contact me. I have also inquired and requested several times about warranty information. When contacting you or your office I would not hear back for 5 days or more each time and sometimes not at all. I paid 4081.00 in cash for this work to be done and still incomplete. This experience with your company has been frustrating and disappointing. In addition to the experience you have given me the laminate flooring installed does not meet the standards promised by your company. (Sale rep Charles) I have mention this to several of your workers and even ask you about it. I am so upset with this company because I held up my end by paying for the floor. I think this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will have to turn to the legal system to get this taken care of.

Last week I had new flooring installed in my whole entire home. I must say they did a phenomenal job. The experience was very pleasant and painless from the beginning until the very end. Mr. Daniel was very patient (although I switch colors 3 times). He made sure the process ran smoothly. THE JOB ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE! WOW!!! I was amazed. The price was very reasonable. I have checked out a few companies before hiring Daniel Carpet Brokers and all quotes were more. The quality of flooring is great. I love my new floors. If you want the job done and done right give Mr. Daniel a call :-) Thank me later :-)

My wife and I have been life long folks from Douglas County. We were putting the house on the market with Joe Forrester from Metro Reality. Joe, referred Randy. In March 2019, Randy came to our home stated if you will vote for my son in-law 2020 I will see yall receive the lowest price. Randy brought 4 displays and said choose. We paid him $ 3000. MR. Daniels, was fully aware that some sort of issues were happening in t both bathrooms flooring ( home is 60 years old) we did not know at this time. MR. Daniels proceeded to install floors. Mr. Daniels states another quality job by Randy Daniels. Mr. Daniels has never installed flooring and has quite an issue with reading a tape measure. Mr. Daniels team pulled up commodes and placed them in a cast iron tub and no one reinstalled the commodes. Mr. Daniels lied and said his team doesnt do that?Molding was not installed in both bathrooms as agreed and paid. Flooring was not completed in one other baths. We called and drove 3 hours to meet with Randy after he agreed to meet. He would not show up and this happened over 4 times in a 3 month window. As you read other commits he will walk the walk and talk the talk. If you have issues with Mr. Daniels he will threaten you and smear you and laugh.My name is Robbie Newborn JR. Run from this man! Daniel Carpet Brokers installed carpet and waterproof vinyl in my bathroom, and also installed commercial vinyl at our office. I had 3 estimates and Daniels was the best. They did fantastic work and I had new flooring in a week. Very happy with the work and the crew, Steve was very helpful. I totally recommend Daniel Carpet Brokers.

Daniels Carpet is absolutely the best. I called numerous carpet companies and they either would not come or wanted to charge us more.We have a rental property in Douglasville and our tenants left the house in a mess. The carpet was disgusting. I called Steve on a Sunday and he answered. I live in Gwinnett County and he help me throughout the entire process. He even charged less than everyone else for phenomenal carpet. I am truly amazed and will tell anyone to call Steve for any of your flooring needs. Randy, is very pleasantly nice and edgar to get your money, smiles, and makes promises he fails to deliver. He is way over price .. Please look for another flooring installer.

Good price, nice floors, only took a little over 3 months to get flooring installed ( a little sarcasm there). My biggest problem was the length of time it took, my job keeps me out of town so they basically kept bumping me to the end of the line. (replacement flooring because of a busted pipe so I had to deal with plywood everytime I came home) Now that they are done and I am home I find they didnt put the bedroom door or the hall pantry byfold doors back up so I decided to do it myself.... oops no hardware, no can do so I call and get the same answer as always, Steve will call back. 5 days later, still no call, no hardware, no bedroom door for the teenage son.Just to add, Ive since had carpet replaced in another room from another company, much better quilityand a fraction of the price, took less than a weekto get new people out there and done.
