Overall a great place. BUT I dont like the fact that if THEY place a pallet or items on the shelf and their marked WRONG THEY WILL NOT HONOR that price like most stores. Its NOT the customers fault. Make sure products is placed in correct location and marked right price.

Love this big lots. Lots of variety of things and really good prices. The manager was very nice and helpful and showed me their new discounted items. The cashiers are always nice.

I always like shopping in Big Lots. They have a wide variety of items to choose from and the staff is always helpful. The store in Douglasville is always clean and inviting.

It took 40 minutes for someone to be take care of me in furniture section and then they tell they dont have what I want, I dont understand why they have a display of something if they dont have it in stock.

Okay, many things are cheaper at Walmart . One example: sidewalk chalk is 97 cents at Walmart, same item at Big Lots is $2. Just know your prices. You can find a few unusual gems sometimes.

Bought a heater almost a month ago and it stopped working. I took it back without a recipe they cut 20% off the cost and gave me a store credit card. They had only 1 heater got it home and the remote is missing. It mentioned nothing on the box

I placed an online order and the lady went straight to it and grabbed it. Grabbed a couple of other toys. I really like this store.

Last Sunday I was on Thornton Road having breakfast at Cracker Barrel when all of a sudden I decided I wanted to purchase a small Christmas Tree because I didnt want to be bothered with my 7 footer.I cant stand Walmart sometimes and wanted the same effect on a smaller scale. Bingo Big Lots. I ran to this location grabbed a buggy and went ham. They had all this kitchen junkie I needed. Then here comes the furniture. No tea no shade they have a nice selection and you can lay it away for six months. Im interested in a bed in there, however the throw pillows caught my eye. B1G 2nd half off. I scooped up 8 pillows. Love them.Finally I made it to the Christmas section. Jackpot!!!. For me their selection was better than Walmart. At least I saw some different stuff in there. I scooped up my tree for $16 (they had all sizes all prices). I even helped an elderly lady pick out some ornaments. My friend had to drag me away from this section.I love this store and if Im in the neighborhood again I will most definitely return here.

This is usually a decent place however today I called to see if masks were required for coming into the store and the lady acted as if I was bothering her by asking the question told me you dont have a mask you cant shop here and then hung up on me before I finished asking the other questions that I had. I will not be back to this store unless I just absolutely have to go for a reason. Very rude and not very good customer service especially at this time that we are in.

We tried to get a coupon to work but it wasnt working for some reason z and Jamir and Sophia were so nice and let us use a paper coupon in the store. It saved us a lot! Before today I would’ve given a great rating. Two weeks ago we bought a daybed and mattress, and they were very helpful in taking everything to the front of the store for us and telling us to pull to the front where they helped load it. Today however, was the exact opposite.In this store on8-5-19 about 3pm I came in to purchase a twin mattress and sheets. I got the sheets and moved to the furniture area. An African American man was working that area and helped another man before me. But they seemed to just be walking aimlessly amongst the furniture. After 5 minutes standing there he finally asked if I needed something. I said yes, I purchased a twin memory foam mattress about 2 weeks ago for $199. I’d like another.He said “which one?”I said “I don’t know the brand. One of those” (pointed to display).“Those are different.”“The one that’s $199 and memory foam.” Instead of helping me as they did last time he pointed to the boxes and told me to get it myself. So me, a pregnant woman with a two year old had to get the boxed mattress BY MYSELF and load it onto my buggy, check out, wheel it to my car, and load it myself. He didn’t offer to get it or ring it up or have me pull to the front. He just pointed and ignored me. Highly unprofessional.

Very dissatisfied. I spent $700 In the store. Offered delivery. I called the card they gave me which was Howie Handy Delivery and Assembly. He pulled up in an Expedition with a trailer attached (which is usually used to carry lawn equipment) He did drop off same day with the help of my husband because it was just him. I asked about assembly and he then informed me that he can assemble but it would be $120 and that includes a warranty from him. Then he said that would be $60 for delivery....Wait What???? Not one time was I asked, did I want to pay for delivery. I’m assuming it was included. U could have had any family member or friend with a truck do this for half that😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I didnt give 5 stars because it seems more like a furniture store instead of a simple discount store like it used to be.

This Big Lots has alot of Home Decor, which I love! They do a great job with the displays in the entrance and are friendly when checking out. The only downside is the clearance. The way they tag items it makes it easy to be charged the original price instead of the marked down price. Weve asked them several times to put measures in place so we dont have to double check our receipts and get the items corrected every time we shop. Well see next trip if theyve fixed it. 😉 All in all we love the coffee they sell and will continue to shop here!

I don’t live near here or on this side of town just was out here for job related reason. But however I came here along the way back on my side of town bc I didn’t want to stop once am near home. So I came here for a free item but this particular Big Lots location is VERY unorganized. It’s like you have to rummage through items to find and if it’s that hard to find a FREE item then that’s a BIG problem. I barely ask bc am used to just finding my items at past Big Lots I’ve been too but this one not even up to par let alone the employees here are weird too! That’s why you nvr switch up but I wasn’t expecting it to be a big problem for one item I was getting for free that’s why I googled one up in this area and it came up. Then when I got in line it was even worse. I thought I was at Wal Mart and am not even a faithful Walmart shopper just knew by experience when I go there frequently but anyways the line was just sooo long and ridiculous. They had two registers open idk if that’s the normal here but still 1st I had to rummage just to find a free item then wait in line. The cashier named Pamela even had a slight attitude I guess bc I wouldn’t let her scan my barcode on my phone. Yea am not! Especially if you just REACH without asking first. I guess out there that’s there thing too but little do you know certain people like me don’t like that. If am ever out here doing job related which I pray I won’t I will DEFINITELY not go back to this location just bc the unorganized issues here let alone employees too. They really don’t have that greet material here like they really don’t like working or something. Maybe it’s the store & location but oh well will not be giving my money. Thank god I only came for a FREE ITEM🤣

It was my first timeshopping at Big Lots here AND I JUST LOVED the outstanding customer service from Dorell, Nakia, and Mikashi!! All were very helpful with me deciding on which furniture pieces would fit best in my home. But, most importantly, they were patient with me.They located pieces that werent available at their store from other stores for me!! And also helped me set an appointment with their local delivery guys who were swift, responsible, and VERY affordable!! I never had such amazing customer service like this where I felt so important and understood. These guys really made a positive impression on me that I will forever hold dear to my ❤😊 I love those people and thank you all SO MUCH for a wonderful experience! Will be shopping there again soon!
