Good prices sometimes. That is if you can find what you’re looking for. My husband enjoys“ window shopping “ as well as myself. I may be a woman, but I like having my own tools. There’s a better place in Carrollton that has about anything you can imagine. Including hardware items ( if you’re building a house ). Ladies would LOVE this place also. They carry all kinds of household items. From decorations, clothes & most everything for things you or a new bride could use. BUT, again you never know what you’re going to find. The name is C2W or close to that name. It’s where the old Coffee Cart use to be. Off of the by pass. Happy shopping!!

Some things are better than other. Alot of powered stuff doesnt last long. And they dont like it when you bring them back. So if you want your power tools or equipment to last a while . You better go to home Depot or Lowes. You get what you pay for.

I knew just what I needed from this tool shop with reasonable prices,why would you want to shop any where else,friendly people to wait on you just as well to answer any questions you may have, this is the item I brought for a reasonable price with a 2year warranty

The memorial day sale worked for me being a retired carpenter and roofer I love tools and for me a sale makes it even better always good to have backups and $30 for these 3 arent bad for backups 👍

I purchased a diamond 10 inch wet saw based on the reviews. My experience was not as good. I was shocked twice while using this saw. To add insult to my injury I took the saw back to Harbor Freight they did not have a replacement saw I wanted and took 36.00 from me after being shocked by one of their tool. ( Kristy, Karen) These ladies were so uncaring of what I had gone through. The only thing that concerned them was that I knew they were going to charge me 36.00 for me being shocked and the replacement I wanted was not available. As we were leaving, we felted as though we had done something wrong to receive this such of treatment.

Always enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight. They have some great items and tools at great prices.

I love harbor freight for anything that I dont expect to use a lot, things Ill only use once, things that wont receive a lot of abuse, or things that quality is mostly universal across the market like organizer brackets and such.I would not buy my everyday use tools like a drill or driver. You get what you pay for. However, if you want to buy a cheap version of a tool, to test and see how you could use it in your shop, Habor Freight is great for this as well. Buy a lathe from them and learn how to use it. If you really need something better, upgrade once you find that your skills are being limited by your equipement.

Come here often and we love shopping here. They have alot of things back order but of course I am sure that is due to covid.

Man I love this store. Even when they are busy the staff is awesome. Willing to help. Some times I run into rude customers. Rude to the employees. Don’t know what that is about. Because it’s the same at their other locations too. The staff always is looking for a way to save you money. Making sure you have the latest and greatest coupons and what not. Returns are easy as well. Oh yeah! The lifetime warranty on certain tools is a no hassle lifetime warranty.

Nice place to buy cheap price disposable tools that you rarely use. The quality is poor, but if you need a cheap tool for that rare odd job, this is the place to buy. A lot cheaper than big box stores, but dont expect the tools to last with repeated use.Always hard to find someone to assist in finding items, and usually a wait to check out

I have purchased so much stuff over the years. I had purchased 2 television wall mounts that I did not even open the boxes except for 1 because I put the receipt in the box so I would not lose it. I returned these wall mounts because I was not going to use them. I purchased them in February 2020. No problems, the staff, and the manager on duty were great. So ever who reads this. Put your receipts from any store in the box until you use your purchase. Then you do not have to look for a receipt that you lost.

Rude obnoxious check out clerk. Total disaster. Was looking for a garage Hydraulic lift jack, one ton. Computer said had one in stock. Got to the store, had one on floor. Told check out I wanted it. He said no they do not sell the one on display. I asked if it worked, he got real sarcastic. Said we dont sell the ones on display, that a truck was scheduled in tonight and I could call tomorrow to see if any came in. I told I had just driven 25 miles that I would not do that. I had a couple of impulse items. I told him he could keep those also. Shows me how little you care about the customers. You have an item that I want to buy, you refuse to sell it because you only have one. Well I only wanted one. You will not have to worry about satisfying me, I will not be back, I will also tell anyone that will listen how you treat your customers. Must be nice to have a profit margin so high that you could care less about your customers

I was amazed at the collection of items available and the helpful employees. Not as many products as the Big Box stores but a very large selection of smaller ones. I will be going back.

When doing it right vs doing it cheap is in play this is the place to Git R Done while on a budget. Except with the current prices of gloves Ill have to accept no glove, no love, and get used to my own dirty hands again.

Can u believe that they tried me up with a restocking fee, Ive shopped here for a long time, before ga even heard of harbor freight, I lived in Tallahassee this was one of the first stores to open, but HR had an issue with the fee too and I got my money back in a fee days, I will continue to spend my money with them, thanks human resources

Always a long line and never any personnel on the floor to help customers. Really sad as other stores are manged better. Website states an All-Purpose Mixer stock (SKU 4105) but two of us walked the entire store twice and could not locate the steel (not the cheaper carbon unit) anywhere in the store. Very disappointed.

They had almost everything, that I was looking for, except the charger, for the tools I purchased. They had the more expensive, dual charger, and they let me have it, for the cost, of the single unit, just to make the sale complete.

Harbor freight rocks! You cant beat their prices, and they offer coupons regularly to make it even more affordable!They use a system that emails you your receipt. Weve had to return something there before and it was easy to simply look in email for the receipt, and the store processed our return with no issues at all.

Good prices when the stuff is in stock. Checkout line can be long at times.

Hey, the tools are decent. Adding lines of tools to up competition with professional lines. Tried one of the Earthquake air tools and am very pleased with the performance. Inside track club can save you money over the year to outweigh the purchase price. Overall, I love this place.
