I gave a collage picture to them (some pics were crooked) with a give me a week turnaround. Came back following week, it was not ready. Was told it would be another week. OK, cool, no problem.Went back 2 weeks later (now 3 weeks to do a 1 week project) and it still wasnt done.Asked for my frame back (which wasnt even started) and was offered to get it done that day for no charge.I said no, I dont want a rush job and wanted to pay for your service, not get it for free.Now trying to find another place to get it done . . .very frustrating experience.

Why get frames anywhere else? Just come here for a surprisingly affordable, and very high-quality, job. The new studio space is lovely and inviting - worth a visit to peek at the art.
