Shout out to Ben at the printing counter. Service was sublime. Ordered 125 sheets 2 sides by accident and he hooked it up to being 250 helping me out quickly. Had all documents ready within 20 minutes. Will be returning.

I created and uploaded some remembrance cards for a memorial earlier this week. Asked them to cut in 4s and figured Id have to cut the outside border myself but they called and offered to do it for me. They came out perfect and everyone was very happy with them. I was surprised this location was super busy for midday on a Wednesday! Tyra at the print station did an amazing job of helping and managing multiple customers at the same time. She was able to bind my book in a matter of minutes while multitasking lots of requests with patience. We were in and out in about 10 minutes despite their workload.
From a faulty checkout experience on the website to a painfully slow pickup experience. Congratulations on dragging out an event that should have required just a few minutes, for nearly half an hour. In fact, Ive never been able to pickup an order from this location quickly.

I buy stuff like office chairs, printers, shredders, paper and copier ink here. They have pretty good prices on this stuff. I have been a rewards member for years, but I still have no idea how it works....it never seems to pay off for me at all. Also, staff can be a little hard to locate in this store.
It was my first time being at staples for laminations and this one girl helped me so much, She had a great attitude about everything and was so patient with me, I think her name was Tyra, she definitely needs a raise

We went there to see if theres some laptops worth it and there were some. We were two people and we wanted to buy 2 laptops for each, 4 in total. An assistant manager tried to force us purchase Asurion warranty costing $99 for each laptop and when we didnt accept it, she didnt sell us what we wanted. Thats a shame.Also, a month ago I had 5 online pickups from the same store and when I went there nothing was in the store although I received email of everything. Staples is a fraud they do have no respect for their customers.I thought incident of last month was a mistake but todays incident purely shows that Staples has no respect for customers.
I needed files transferred from a laptop that had crashed to a new one that we had just purchased in store. They were able to transfer the files within a day when it was going to take Best Buy three weeks to do. The staff were amazing and helpful with any questions we had. Absolutely terrible printing service. I sent my photos to be printed and I was told it would be done yesterday at 6:45. I call at 7:30 and I am told that they “are working on it now and are running into problems” I tell them it is perfectly ok if there is a white border and the gentleman on the phone thanks me and says it can be done easier now. Today 10/8 I call and I am informed that my photos are done, and was told they just forgot to call. It is frustrating because I did not pick them up earlier because of the missing phone call and now have to delay my gift to a friend. Completely unprofessional staples location, I will not use their services again.Update. I went to pick up and the photos were not done even though I was told they were.
Was in panic trying to send a inspection report via Email Monday and our WiFi not working at home. So went to Staples where Tia in the print dept took the time to show me exactly how it worked. She saved the day. Thanks Tia!. Business crisis averted.
It is an excellent store but a specific employee is very rude and lazy with customers, if you want to know where to find a specific product DO NOT ask the lady who is the printing area

I loathe coming in this store I really and truly do. I have a business to run and I dont have time nor care to micromanage other peoples employees to get them to do their jobs. You shouldnt have to persuade someone who is hired to specifically print copies to print copies. I cant express how lazy their Print Center staff is. They never want to be bothered with anything and even if its a simple task theyll make an excuse to tell you to get out of doing the work and it has been this way at this location for years. Its not just one employee is learned and accepted employee behavior there. The only time Ive ever found to get them to do work is when you do it on staples website and its printed out at the store. My guess is that its an automated process that involves very little of them.Also, if you want to use copy machines (that area they always send people to because they dont ever feel like printing anything themselves) they are always down or have problems when you are able to use them. It needs ink, it needs paper, theres a 311 error when you put in your card. Then you wonder why these do it yourself machines are so neglected and then you realize its the Copy Print Staff that is in charge of them. I sincerely avoid going to this store at all costs unless its absolutely necessary and each and every time it is indeed the same type of experience.
I am always greeted with a hello from someone at the registers or near the door as I enter. Help is always available. I have never left the store unsatisfied. The manager is friendly and willing to help. People know their jobs and will help you solve yours.
Copy Center Sales Associate Sara Locke is to be commended for her superior customer service orientation! Shes courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her patience came shining through while guiding me through the process of designing professional marketing collateral.

The copy center staff was helpful when asked to assist on a self serve job. They refunded me the cost of copies that were not successful. Very good customer service.
Staples had an awesome deal for file cabinets on their website - ordered 3 for our office. Day before they are to arrive, I get a generic email stating that the order was cancelled. Contacted Staples and they said it was a typographically error - whatever happened to stores that honor the deals regardless of the error. I cleaned out the area for the file cabinets and now I do not have any. Think Ill now do our business ordering through Office Depot.

The store itself is very well maintained and organized and the staff are helpful. The technical support that they provide for computer repair is overpriced and under-skilled. You would be better off going to the local computer repair stores around Dover/Camden.
Handy office away from home. Rather expensive to fax something, cheaper to scan to email... nice to know.
Hot or miss. Some employees care a lot some dont care at all. The Printers rarely work and are often down at critical times of the day. The custom print area has never figured out how to properly organize their work orders. Its been years and theyre still always backed up and annoyed at customers like its your fault theyre so inefficient. The inventory they have a lot of items in stock which is good but their prices are insane. Its really expensive to by even the simplest of office supplies here. I dont really see how they stay in business. It must be their copy and print services that keep them floating.

Ive always received great service from this store. I usually go there when Im in a bind and need something immediately. Once an order was messed up, they went above and beyond to correct it and gave me a great discount.

Went to staples today to purchase school supplies I purchase very good amount of supplies and I asked for any empty trash boxes and I was told no we dont give them out....I did not know this changed

Very upset with staples easy tech. Dropped or laptop off was tools it would take a maximum of 72 hours for a diagnostic. Ended up returning in five days. They told us what was wrong but proceeded to tell us who we had to call to figure out how much parts were. thought they did that. Just not a good experience and a laziness from the employees. Will be going to best buy/geek squad from now on
Two self service machines were broken and the employees at copy center will ny 77718ot print anything. You canno pay cash for self service. I left my wallet at office so i had to buy a copy card for $5 when i only needed two pages printed at a total of $4 so I basically threw away a dollar. Systems and service are not good
Dropped off some things to be copied and laminated at 11am all I needed was 35 copies in color and laminated, which I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to lelp me, was told I would get a call later that day to let me know my order was complete. It has been 24 hour later and I still have not received a call to let me know if my order was complete. I had to call to check on my order, was on hold for 15 min before someone picked up the phone to help me, and was put on hold again, when they came back on the phone I was told they could not find my order and would have to call the employee that was working to see where my order is. What a way to keep customers! Now I have to wait to see if they call me back to let me know if they found my order, NOT HAPPY
Every salesperson that came past us offered to help. We found what we were looking for, at a good price.
Horrible, horrible. May be OK for businesses ordering large supplys and furniture but, when u have to pay $2.29 per sheet to fax a paper and.20 to copy, that is downright outrageous. Other customers are spreading the word. They have definitely lost one customer.

Waiting on the phone for about 20 minutes listening to a disoriented piano song, my question would have lasted a couple of seconds to a minute. Fire your employees that cant figure out how to answer a phone, they are more trouble than its worth.
They have pretty much everything you need for office or school just a little pricey but really only game in town.

Every time I drop off a package for UPS delivery, it takes me 15 to 20 minutes. Theres always a problem with something, the printer, the computer, its always something.

I most often deal with the print department and never feel like I, the customer, am a priority. The personnel are slow to help and getting them on the phone is next to impossible!
This is the worst Staples I have ever been in!!! Customer service is non existant!!! Waited 20 minutes to pick up prints and neither woman working in the print dept even acknowledged I existed!!!! There were 4 people in line behind me as well.
I recycle my ink cartridges and when the credit is emailed to me I shop some more at Staples.
