I decided to give this business a try and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left they were helpful the entire way! I had a FedEx shipment to send and found out they perform all sorts of other options. I even heard one guy in there say “I’m not going to Staples, I’m coming here now”.

Sold a property I owned in Tennessee while staying in Delaware and this place was able to receive all the closing paperwork, notarize everything, fax it AND overnight it all to the closing company all in one visit at one location! Amazing!

The employee who helped me had no sense of urgency in packing my items. Would be nice if there was some respect for the customers time.I was also told that the items would arrive by a certain day and when looking at the tracking the actual arrival day ended up being one day later than quoted because the pickup was a full 24 hours after I dropped off my items. If I had known this would be the case I would have chosen a faster shipping method.Overall terrible experience.

Not to happy with service, Was guaranteed two day delivery turning out to be five days. I’m paying for late fee because it was important documents aren’t here when it was Guaranteed. I would highly recommend go to postal service a lot cheaper and there Guarantee is Backed with refunded. First and last time ever going to anyone but USPS.

As a senior citizen it meant a great deal to me that they were patient and secured me the best price to deliver my packages in time for the holidays. Loved working with the staff at Windswept. They are great at what they do, provide quality printing, and stopped at nothing to make sure I was happy every time I left. On my last visit, I went in around 1:30pm with an order for 100 booklets. They called by 3:00pm to let me know my order was ready! I give them 5 stars because they are most deserving!! Small business with BIG results.

I wanted to fax 1 page. I spent literally five minutes in there, fax sent off successfully the first time. Great customer service. I will use them again for faces, mailings, copies and postage stamps.

As a foreigner here, I have seen what typical state workers look like, but I have to say, based on two of my experiences visiting this place, it is by far the best shipping service I have ever seen during my five years stay in this country. The lady was so nice and worked out how to send my letter in best way, and was so patient with my seven packages. I definitely will come back again.

Windswept is a tightly wrapped, no frills, operation with well-trained staff. Have had a series of excellent customer service experiences at the Windswept store in Dover this week. Today, Bryan Chamberlain assisted me with a couple of rush print jobs. Earlier in the week, Ben Kepley (Notary Public) was of great assistance in the preparation of several important legal documents. Both gentlemen are to be commended for their quiet professionalism, superior customer service orientation, courteous and helpful dispositions.

Id love to give Windswept 5 stars, because most staff and management have earned the top score. Unfortunately, there seems to be an element of chaos from somewhere in the top ranks (ownership?), that would prefer to take the business in a different direction. Staff and management has always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful...but the disorganization that creates unnecessary problems stems from the top, which likes to make the money without recognizing the ground work necessary to accomplish long term success. This is my personal experience throughout the past 3 years, unbiased and fair. They are at a crossroads, and will either be 5 stars or 2 stars soon, depending on how they take care of business.

Some of the staff were friendly, others not so much. Not horrible customer service, but certainly could have been MUCH better. I left after being treated with little respect and they couldnt even scan in a piece of work at a high quality. Needs some professionalism and a bit of an update.

I placed an order, paid for it, signed off on it. THEY made an error in the pricing. So they gave me a refund but now I have no product. I told them it was their error and they should eat it this time and give me my order. Nope they wouldn’t. Unfortunately I am involved with several organizations who need stationery printed. THEY HAVE LOST ALL OF THAT BUSINESS!

The staff here needs uniforms or name tags or something. You cant tell the customers from the employees. How friendly or helpful the service you receive depends on the associate helping you. Theres some that care about what theyre doing and some that are downright lazy and cut corners. Ive even walked in there when the woman with the long hair whos the manager I believe was yelling at one of the employees about embarrassing her in front of a customer because the employee corrected her when she gave a wrong answer to the customer.This is mostly a Fedex place and I could go on forever about the attitudes of the FedEx drivers Ive encountered on my trips here when they were doing their pickups at their random pickup times but thats more of a FEDEX issue.I just dont know why anyone would want to print here when theres Staples up the road.

The service was good and prompt when I dropped off my package it was 3pm. Was helped right away, however, I was told my package would be sent out in the morning and I call in the morning to get the tracking number. When I called I find my package was still there and was not going out until 3pm???WOW. I lost a whole day, when I should have went to the post office before it closed to have my package sent out. the say day or this morning for sure. Now by losing a day on delivery I have to make restitution to a client for their item getting to them late. If I had been told the correct information at the time of service I wouldnt have left the mail there or change the date of delivery given to my client.Shame on me for going 3rd party. Should have taken the 5 min drive to the USPO. Now its going to cost. SMH. Wont happen in the future. #Disappointing #PoorCommunicationtoCustomer
