On Sep 12, my husband and I went to the Dover store to look at LVP. Miguel assisted us in choosing flooring. We picked out several planks. He took our information to order the samples. He said he would enter our information and call us when the samples come in. I called today to see if the samples were in. Tina said she can’t find anything in the system that says the samples were ordered. The truck that came in was checked and they were not on it. She says he might not have put it in the system, but he should have since he was playing on his cell phone when we left. Is this how you contact business? A guess I need to take my business elsewhere.

Carpet nice installer needs to be more careful with wall and trim

I recently had carpet installed, 2 of the 4 installers (husband and wife) were very unprofessional. There was a personal issue between them and they walked out before new carpet was installed.... the remaining 2 installers were very friendly and completed the work as best they could. Carpet was not pressed into tact strips, screws missing to door fasteners...Light fixture was knocked out of place and trim on top of door damaged... I understand there will be some scuffing of paint during install but this was done to top of door when carrying closet doors, hit light fixture and door trim. Due to the 2 installers walking out on my job they had no tools to reinstall door fasteners and no vacuum for clean up. I did clean up myself. I was told they do not require installers to carry vacuum cleaners so there was no clean up done. Did not have material for side job... trim work. I paid for the materials and labor, it was on my work order with the carpet install. Still trying to resolve that issue... people on site were very professional and friendly. Sorry to say that I would not recommend using them.

We are so happy with them. We had a remnant cut and bound there. It was perfect when we got it home. I also love the fact that they do not jump on you when you come in the door. We took our time, looked around and had no problem finding help. I will be back and I will recommend them

The premium products were on display in the front of the store, but we knew we wanted to find the bargain selections. A salesman quickly came to our aid, asking us a few questions and doing some calculations. Upon seeing his estimates, we realized we must go with a DIY option. The salesman then took us to the remnant section, and we found something we liked that we could afford. There was never any pressure put on us to shell out more than we could. The store allowed us to pick up our carpet selection at a later date. All was good.

Sun Sept 27,2020 i came in about 4pm. One no one greeted us(Maybe they busy). So i went to look for some flooring thinking once they not busy someone will come over. So that didnt happen. Been here plenty of times never had a problem like this, i love their selections of flooring. My issue was i was press for time no one came over, even when i came close to desk they was dealing with customers so i wanted. I have a big project coming up so was trying pick and price everything well guess i go elsewhere. I was waiting for about 15 mins. I understand you can get busy but just let someone know hey soon Im done with this customer Ill help, not today. Then a lady at the desk came from the back walk right by me didnt ask was i being helped or anything.

We like this newer location. Weve purchased many rugs and carpets from this store, and have never been disappointed. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and prices fair.

We recently had plank ceramic tile installed in our family room. It was a good experience from selecting our flooring to selecting the grout color. Josh and Jeremy were great doing the installation and making suggestions about the direction of tile. Our floor is beautiful and highly recommend Josh and Jeremy for installation.

Decent prices and the team that did the installation was really good but the staff in the store need some serious work. The salesman we dealt with didnt order the necessary pieces to complete the job so it was unfinished for 2 weeks. Ive yet to hear from the salesman since we were in the store initially and when you contact the store nobody can answer any questions definitively. Overall not impressed, manager I spoke to made it seem like I was being a hassle calling about a job that was unfinished for a week and a half.

We had 2 great contractors putting in vinyl floors for us. We purchased the product through Airbase Floors and they recommended these 2 contractors. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. They were very conscientious about completing an excellent job. My husband and I were extremely pleased!

We purchased a backsplash and carpeting from Airbase. Our salesman, Steve Collins, was great. He took his time showing us and explaining all of our options. Delivery and installation were flawless. The mechanics came on time, they were very thorough and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

Salesman BRUCE, good selection, pricing reasonable, had wall to wall carpeting installed. My only issue was the installer, no one spoke English & a closet door was damaged, I found it after they left. No one brought it to my attention, hoping the airbase who choose the installer will replace the door ..

I had a great experience with Airbase Carpet Mart. I ordered too much tile and paid upfront. Then I realized I made a huge error in the amount I needed and they let me off the hook and gave me credit even though they shipped part of the tile in from another store. At the end of the job, I had extra bags of grout and thinset and they gave me a refund. All my fault. I got a great price on the tile and even saw other tile at reasonable prices that I had seen online for more money! (HD and Wayfair) I plan to shop there again for my bedroom/bath remodel.

Airbase carpet mart in dover was phenomenal not only with customer service but with my install! The flooring was superb & carloss crew was fantastic. The guys were fast, efficient & knowledgable. They come in get right to work & before you know it you have a masterpiece! Keep up the good work & anyone looking for install ask for carlos team.

We went there to look for carpet. A salesperson pointed and said it back there and then walked away. We walked out and went to Home Depot. Even though they were busy they took the time to answer some questions we had. I would recommend they train their salespeople better.

Have purchased carpet and other flooring from this business on several occasions. They are by far the best in the region. From the owner to the managers to the sales staff and installers. All give excellent customer service. The pricing beat every other flooring company that I went to....the only downside is that they have TOO MANY SELECTIONS to choose from! If you cant find the type, style and color of carpet that you are looking for here then it probably just doesnt exist.By far the best.

Not quite 5 stars. This place has a wide selection of various flooring and flooring accessories, though not all are in stock. The personnel are helpful for the most part but dont necessarily make you feel welcome in the sense that I find i tend to have to wait for an acknowledgement that I have entered the store, and it seems they speak to you as though you already know about flooring. They are supposedly the experts, and they should be more aware that we, as consumers, might not be as floor savvy as they are. . For the most part they do what they say when they say theyre going to do it. I guess really the only disappointment I have is that I was assured that there would be no seams noticeable in my carpet once installed, but that is not the case.. But other than the annoying seam in my carpet Im relatively satisfied with this establishment.

They promised to price match any other offer. Not true, sent them an estimate and never received any correspondence back. Had to call and follow up every five days. They shouldnt tell customers they will price match if theyre not going to do it. The manager even amid it, that he heard the employee telling me that they would price match it. He refused to do. I went with another company.

Just had bamboo flooring and tile work done and our experience with the Dover staff was excellent. They were very attentive to our needs and what we were looking for. The teamwork was obvious from the time we picked out our flooring and tile selections to the finished product. The contractor was also very neat in his work and cleaned up at the end of each day. Let alone the beautiful tile work he did. Three rooms got a much needed facelift and the team at Airbase are the reason. Planning some more tile work and will be back at Airbase to plan for it. After getting an estimate from a smaller shop, we were thrilled with the price, selection and service at Airbase! While the other store could only show us a 4 x 6 sample, Airbase unrolled the carpet so we could really see what it looked like. Our salesman, Walt, gave us all the time, space and info we needed to make our choice. Installation was scheduled at our convenience (Saturday!) and zero % financing sealed the deal. The installers were friendly, efficient and finished the job in about half the time that other store had estimated. The carpet is gorgeous and we couldnt be happier - great product, service and price! What more could you ask for?

Timing is everything. If you get there just right, you can pickup a bargain area rug. Most times, however, the prices are outrageous.

I had an 8 x 12 rug that I needed them to put binding on. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Saturday or Sunday. I called on Saturday and was told that it should be finished Sunday afternoon. Sunday afternoon I received a call saying that their machine was broken and they would have to ship it up north to get done. I was told it should be done Wednesday or Thursday. Then couple hours later they called me to inform me that it was not going to be until Friday. Their customer service is lacking and they need to work on customer communication skills. The binding took 4 to 5 days longer than they orginal informed me. However, once I received my rug back the binding did look good.

On the surface this store appears to be a discount flooring store. I was a bit disappointed in what they considered discount pricing. I did however get alot of great ideas. In addition, the people weee very nice and helpful.I will most likely return but mostly for ideas inly unless they have lower prices.

Great selection and prices

Ignorant and rude installers. We had an appointment for 830 they showed up at 7 waking us up. We had removed the old carpet. They immediately asked my wife to move her car and proceeded to make rude comments about her in her PJs. Meanwhile they were ripping out the staples wed missed. They then asked us to move a couch wed left in the old room without telling us there were staples on the floor. I was in socks and ended up with two staples in my foot. This was just the first 10 minutes or so....

Typically not one to complain but I thought everyone should know to NEVER shop at any Airbase stores carpet and tile stores in the area. I went to pickup a carpet we purchased at Lomax Carpet and Tile in Montgomeryville, Pa. on December 23rd. As they were loading it into the back of my pickup truck the employee driving the forklift ran the forklift pole attachment thru the back of my windshield and shattered it. No big deal, things happen...I was not upset and they apologized and wrote me out a receipt on the computer saying they were responsible and would pay me back when I had it replaced. I had Safelite replace it and submitted the receipt to Lomax. The employee said they would mail out a check next week...again no problem. I get a call from the owner yesterday and he proceeds to tell me that they are not responsible for damage to customers vehicles and will not reimburse me. Just filed a Civil Complaint against them. TRUE STORY with no exaggerations on my end
