My commercial door opener stopped working at 2:00pm. Called them. They came out early the next day. Fixed it. Done. Reasonable. Reliable. First rate customer service.

My garage door top section was buckling and would not close so I went for advice and spent 20 minutes with the boss. He showed me exactly what to do but said I needed to measure certain parts of the door. Went back with the measurements and spent 30 minutes with another guy so that he could confirm I knew what I was doing. They delivered the parts to Chestertown from Dover at no charge.This is what I call customer service at its verv best. Thank you all.

Called to get a spring fixed. Lady in office is rude. Didnt have my phone number so when the guy came couldnt find house had no phone number to call. Its been 2 1/2 weeks still not fixed. Called yesterday spring is somewhere iin warehouse. We call next week to set up appointment. How about you set up appointment then you find the spring. Dont think if you want service you should use this company. They could care less about you
