Used the online order pick up. I was surprised how quickly they mixed the paint and had my order ready! After arriving, the employee brought my order out in a timely manner and the order was correct. I would use this service again!

Relatively smaller Aubuchon, but still nice and well kept, with good selection of basic stuff for your garden, household or house needs. They have paint and hardware section too. This branch of Aubuchon serves as gas tanks filling station.

I rented a Bissell Carpet Cleaner. Practically new. Worked wonderfully on my carpets. Easy to use.

The people who work in the store are friendly and helpful, and the store has all my basic hardware needs, everything from nuts&bolts, paint brushes, paint, tape, cleaning supplies, and furnace filters, to light bulbs, plumbing supplies and bird houses. The store is clean and maintains safety protocols. We need a store like this in every town!

The people are great, the products are fine, but once I picked out the Christmas tree that I bought and selected the other items that I bought while I was there your web site would not let me check out online to get the $10 reward. Not impressive.More recently, we have been trying to decide on a color for a bathroom project. We have tried 4 samples (approximately pint cans). I just realized that we are being charged almost $9 each. This seems like abuse to me, particularly given the price of gallons once we decide.

Hi I had Laura at the dover location as my sales associate and she was more then helpful I was having trouble finding a tool to cut some plexiglass and she made it know that they cut plexiglass so I brought the plexiglass in and she was able to salvage not 1 but 2 pieces of plexiglass from my mistake and I was able to use both for what I needed them for I wish there were more people like laura in retail

Update your business hours or stick to the hours listed publicly so that you don’t waste the customers’ time driving to a locked parking lot and an empty store an hour before closing.

Multiple issues with a single employee, hes always super obnoxious but during covid hes worn woven masks. I made a formal complaint as at this point its basic decency to follow the guidelines to keep us all safe. I hadnt been in, in awhile since nobody ever responded to that email. That same employee was walking around getting in my personal space with a real mask dangling from his ear.

The website can be sadly inaccurate when placing an online order for specific dimensions. The staff worked quickly to replace and take care of the return. Thank you Will!

Its rare to find a good hardware store these days - rarer still to find one like Aubuchon in Dover. I had an issue that developed and needed their help to resolve it. They did a phenomenal job. Thank you! And do make it a point to give these guys your business.

Excellent hardware store but pricey. Very good, friendly, professional staff. The parking lot is small and can be hard to negotiate but what downtown isnt. Unlike most downtown businesses, they do have parking (shame on you Dover City Council). You might get better pricing from Home Depot but probably not better service.

Friendly helpful people, nice to have a locally owned place that gives you the help and support that only a small family run store can give you. They support local people with personal on one support. Well worth making this your first stop for your hardware and painting needs.

Great little hardware store thats very convenient to get to when youre in town. They carry everything, theyve always had everything Ive ever needed no matter how random. Good selection of high quality dog food, and the paint department has always been super helpful. The staff are always eager to help you, and the rewards program is definitely worth it.

The lady that has been mixing the paint I need for my reno project is terrific. Easy to talk with, checked past purchases for previous paint formulas, gave me a discount even though I technically didnt qualify for it, and just a pleasant person to converse with.And free popcorn in the morning!

Typical small hardware store. Friendly staff, decent selection, not crazy busy like some big box stores. More honest customer service.

They were able to cut a piece of plexiglass down to the size I needed instead of having to go elsewhere to these other supposed home improvement stores and only being able to buy the size they have in stock.

Great service! I arrived a few minutes after the store closed. The manager opened the store for me and made some keys for me with a fantastic attitude.

Best in town option and knew them from handy hardware days. A go to when you want to stay local. Paint, garden stuff, bird seed, reward points are nice and having a free item is great. Got my ladders here and had a friend help transport. Nice to have screen repair. Got plexi cut here and keys, markdowns are sweet, they were swallowed by the new garage around them. See the city here all the time, and hired one of the guys one year to help me with a job outside for dpw. Like to see dryer bags of dirt if possible but like the big stores too they store it outside so plan to buy before a big rain, the extra weight can ruin a weekend project. They do keep some stuff inside and is nice and needed help fixing a few items but found the wire needed at home, but not the spring needed. Also got snow blow stuff here, seeds, and nice to look around-free popcorn.

I always find the staff here to be very helpful. With my particular job, it is convenient to have access to a hardware store right in Dover downtown.

I will go to North Adams, but never to Williamstown. Several years ago had a very bad experience and when I asked for the DMs name and phone number, she refused to give it to me. Since then I hardly go to Aubuchon, but when I have to, it is North Adams.

Everything I need is usually there. If they aint got it they will show me what else I can use there. This is my favorite Aubuchon.

Amazed at the hardware selection. They have almost any thing you need from home improvement to welding supplies. Might not be exactly what you want but will have what you need when you need it.

Super convienant so i dont need to travel all the way to the big box store when i need a $5 item. Prices are a bit high but you must pay for that convienance I understand that. Rather pay a couple bucks more than travel elsewhere and loose an hour or more of my time
