Great Company White Horse Thrift, started a print and copy service. We purchased 3 machines from them, mail system, folder and card cutters. They have great service and equipment works well. Even helped us work out a couple of our own process issues.

Formax is a great company to work with. Sales Rep Sue Benson is very detailed, organized, and will follow up to make sure your experience is satisfactory! Jake, John-Henry and Irene are also phenomenal and dedicated to insuring everything was working.

We have invested in three different machines from Formax and considering a fourth. The company is great! Our Formax sales representative Marc is the consummate professional. Marc is friendly and very knowledgeable of Formax products and services. He goes the extra mile to make himself available to answer questions and explain options. The service department is prompt and super responsive, with same day service. Formax is accommodating, fast, and courteous.

I ordered some ink from Formax and received ink for a different machine. When I tried to return it they told me that because their inventory shows no missing parts that theres nothing they can do. I even sent a picture of the order sheet with the wrong part and part number. I guess if you tell your customer that you didnt make a mistake somehow that changes the part in their hand into the correct item. Now Im out $400+ and nothing more than a sucks to be you from Formax. I wish I could run my business that way.

Formax has really improved! We recently swapped out equipment that didnt meet our needs with two new Sharp copiers and the experience was a pleasure. We have been doing business with Formax since January of 2017. When we were shopping around for different printer vendors in October of 2016, we had three major companies we were considering. The customer service for Formax is incredible. I always keep a back-up for each of the colors for our Kyocera printer; however, to my surprise I had run out. I called their support team at 4:30pm and Jake from Formax delivered two black tones to our office, which is about an hour away from them, at 9:00am the very next day! I had a quick question about my Formax machines service contract, but I know how time consuming calling in somewhere can be.I was surprised that after pushing one number a girl answered the phone and was very quickly and effectively able to answer my questions.It was a huge relief to be able to speak with a company on the phone and not have it take 4 hours. Our experience with Formax has been optimal from our first encounter with our sales rep, Jake. We met at a showroom open house and were able to have a hands-on experience so we could decide which printer would best suit our needs. Very happy with our Formax postage machine. Moved from a Pitney unit. The Formax is a much better machine and support is local. No need to call an 800 number and be on hold forever.

I have never spoken with a more knowledgable sales staff then the ones at Formax. They are not only experts on their own product lines, but they are also expertes of their industry.It was an absolute pleasure working with Formax and can not rave enough about people who work there!It is one thing to have a friendly staff, but these people really care about their customers.When we were looking to a Formax machine we sent boxes of samples to be tested and when the machine arrived it was perfectly set up to our specifications!We have only purchased one machine so far, but we are already working with Formax again to replace a few dinosaur machines that are still in our shop.

This company does not fully disclose information on pricing. When they were called to speak about pricing contracts and service callbacks the owner proceeded to call us liars and why was an underling calling and speaking to him. We have been trying to get this printer removed from our facility for a month now and still no one has called to schedule the removal or come by. We are very disappointed with the professionalism, demeanor, and service of this company.
