Purchased a mattress from the Camden store. If you go there see Sam. She went above and beyond to help me pick out a mattress without being that pushy salesperson trying to sell you just anything. I came to give me little lady a new mattress and the customer service was great. The gentleman who initially helped me was clearly in training and didnt seem very confident which did slow down the process, but it wasnt a terrible inconvenience and I understand some parts of the job can only be learned by interacting with the customer. That aside, an evidently more experienced salesman came to explain the difference between the mattresses and even provided a pillow free of charge, which was very nice. I do plan to make this my first stop when I replace my mattress in the not-so-distant future.

Dom greeted us at the door and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient! She was able to answer all our questions and help us fine the perfect bed! Buyer beware!!! I wanted a negative 5 stars but that doesn’t exist unfortunately. We have had a king size bed for 20 plus years and wanted to try to downsize to a queen size this was made very clear to the the sales person so we would be assured we could return it if it didn’t work out. We were specific that we were not sure how this would turn out. Well after 3 weeks we just cannot adjust to a queen. Called the salesperson he said the adjustable base was NOT returnable but the mattress was!! I was shellshocked! We specifically told him that we wanted to try the new size and could we return it he said we had 90 days and if we weren’t happy we could return all of it and get what we wanted. At no time did he ever say to us we couldn’t return that base. We would be happy of course to pay the difference of the mattress as it is more expensive certainly. During my call with this person he finally admitted that he was “pretty sure “ he said it wasn’t returnable well pretty sure is not 100% sure he was just trying to cover up his incredibly expensive error! I finally asked him for the corporate office phone number. After he gave me the number he started to laugh at me and I then just hung up. Well I left 3 voice messages with the District Manager Mark To and never got a call back. I left two voice messages with the Regional Manager Erik Ciarrocchi and again no call back. The so called Manager at the store called me out of the blue and I asked her why she was calling me as I didn’t want to speak to her I went above her head as I was getting nowhere with the store staff. She began to say I was rude and basically just called to upset me even more. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespectfully! During purchase of the mattress transaction I had some questions about the total bill she immediately turned in a dime and was very nasty and angry that I questioned her figures. Therefore no way did I want to speak to her. After spending thousands of dollars they have my money and the salesman completely lied to me about the returns. I am a professional with over 130 staff members I manage and I am a First Responder as well. I do not make poor business decisions nor do I foolishly spend my hard earned money. Seems strange you can return a mattress your body has touched but not a base that you don’t go anywhere near. I just wanted to get what I was told I could return all of it and pay the difference. I have contacted some colleagues in the news industry and will I have already brought this egregious treatment to the media to get some resolution.

One of the best things was that in no way was she pushy, insistent that we look at higher priced models, or come to a decision quickly; none of the typical sales pressure or techniques one comes to expect when shopping for any type of higher priced items like cars, mattresses, or appliances. Once we settled on a mattress and ordered it delivery only took 5 days, which is fabulous!The delivery had an online tracker to see where in the que your delivery was. We received a call when the delivery was 10 minutes away, and the team was professional and quick in the set up and take away of our old mattress/box spring/bed frame (which was inexpensive and completely worth it for a king sized mattress).The store itself was clean and well organized, and we were offered personal protectors to use when testing out the mattresses (which is very appreciated in the COVID circumstances that we are currently dealing with).Overall this was one of the most positive purchasing experiences I’ve had, especially when it comes to mattresses. Dom was amazing and I would absolutely go back to purchase other mattresses in the future.

Tim was such a pleasure to work with. We went in a couple weeks ago initially to look at pillows, Tim was so easy to work with and I fell in love with a tempurpedic pillow. Even though I wasnt actually looking for a mattress, I wanted to check some out. He understood I was not looking for a mattress, but took his time to answer all the questions I had and also let us do the bed match. After more thinking I decided it was time for a new mattress and Tim was the one I wanted to buy from! So after date night we went over to see if Tim was there, since we had such a good experience with Tim the first time, we only wanted to buy from him! Without disappointment we purchased a new king tempurpedic mattress and two pillows! If you want a good understanding person to deal with, Tim is your guy!

We didnt have an issue with the purchase of the mattress, but rather the delivery of it or the lack there of. We were told it would be a week for delivery, which put it on the day before we were going out of town. So super busy day and Im waiting on the bed to deliver so I could run errands and it doesnt show, so I call the store and they tell me oh ya sorry its on back order. They never bothered to call and tell me. When I called back to schedule a delivery date the tell me its another 2 weeks. Then he tells me customers waiting on deliveries are not a priority sorry. If you dont need the mattress in a timely manner then go with these guys if you want decent customer service go somewhere else.
