Jeff, the owner, responded to my purchase inquiry with perhaps the most asinine reply any seller has ever sent (message exchange pasted below).Literally every other seller actually answers buyer questions and does a quick video if asked (which Jeff already does, even for cheaper bikes listed on his website).But not Jeff, the astute businessman who says We dont want your money, we want your business! and “We will make your motorcycle purchase a great experience.” Both statements are false in my experience.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Jeff’s response to my purchase inquiry about a $22,000 bike:Hi there, how much money are you willing to pay us to do all that? First bike inspection and I went here. These guys were super nice and helpful, and got the inspection done quick. Will definitely go back here for bike related stuff.

I was looking for a clean organized shop with quality work. I stopped by to meet them and was very impressed. Jeff the owner is a great guy . And the mechanic Mike knows his stuff. Brought my 2007 Road glide in for a belt change and was very pleased with the work. Definitely recommend Lee Custom Cycles.

Having the bike I want, I have only been there for the inspections. But definitely have the sense that youre dealing with great people.

Ive only been to Lee Custom Cycle twice. Both times for motorcycle inspection stickers. Jeff is super personable and helpful. The other guy getting an inspection at the same time was on his familys 5th bike from LCC so they are definitely doing something right for the repeat business.

The service department had what I needed to change my buddies street glide oil. Service dept is clean and organized with nice equipment. Very nice selection of quality really clean bikes. And the owner was a pleasure to talk with even though he new I was a tire kicker he explained the difference of the bikes I was interested in. Thanks Jeff and if I ever up grade I will for sure give Lee custom cycles a shot!

After riding my 2015 Road King from Arizona to New Hampshire, my bike got hit and totaled. Jeff was amazing at not only getting me in for a repair estimate, he worked with me and my insurance company to have the bike totaled. Within two days he had my add on accessories transferred to an identical bike (with a fraction of the miles), and had me out the door.While Jeff was awesome to work with, I also have to give a lot of credit to his mechanic, Craig, who can fix anything, and swapped everything out very quickly.Thank you, Jeff and Craig for quickly getting me back on the road to AZ. You guys are great!!!

I am a new Harley rider and bought a used bike from an out of state 3rd party. I really liked the bike but it was in desperate need of TLC. Jeff and Craig have been great to work with and I appreciate all the help they have given. When servicing the bike, they have been able to accommodate my schedule, and are always friendly and willing to help. I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my Harley in for a fork service and I got much more than that. Craig found a few safety issues and took care of them. Quality workmanship and they make you feel like they care about you and your bike. I would highly recommend coming here for service. You get what you pay for, and you get a lot from Craig!

Jeff, Gina and Chloe were great. The bike is amazing. I dont know where he gets them but these bikes are mint. Jeff bent over backwards to get the bike out the door. Forget paying out the nose at the HD shop, you wont beat the experience here and your wallet will thank you.
