Writing in behalf of my girlfriend. I have no idea what is in this place. I always stay in the car. However for how long my girlfriend spends in this place I think they must be giving away free ice cream and kittens. And for how happy she is when she comes out the place must be staffed by half naked firemen.
Very disappointed. I purchased a hair dryer back in February as a gift. The person I purchased the dryer for already had one so I wanted to return their hair dryer and get my money back in the method in which I paid. I was not able to do so immediately after I purchased the item because I had to have emergency surgery and was on bed rest. When I was finally able to get out of bed and drive I went to Ulta to return the hair dryer. They said they would only give me store credit and they would not be allowed to give me my money back as it was 3 days past the 60-day limit. Keep in mind that item is still brand new and unopened. They told me that they would not be able to override the 60-day limit at all. There isnt even a managerial override possible. Which I find hard to believe because I too was a retail manager and managers always had the ability to override in special cases. I would understand if it was weeks or even months passed the 60 days but a mere 3 days seems to be pretty strict. Especially for a brand new unopened item. This is definitely not how you attract customers to your business to make them want to come back in the future.
I love the Salon at this Ulta. They are all so kind. I really appreciate the time and care that Kim puts in to making sure my bangs are just right. I almost gave them a 4 but not because of the staff, but because of the customers. Its amazing how many people interrupt your stylist while they have scissors by your face.
Some consultants does not acknowledge customer presence. I was looking for a specific lipstick Ive search online but can not find it, been walking back and forth in the aisles and nobody asked if I need assistance, probably because I look not your typical girl with great outfit ( just came from work and looked very beat up) with no make up on and looked like I dont have the money to buy. Check out girls in general are friendlier, Got to the check out lane with $ 175 worth of makeup. Hopefully the management can train employees to be more helpful and non judgmental of people coming in to either buy or check out items.
Love my local Ulta Beauty. The employees are always cheerfully glad to assist you. One of these days I want to get my hair dyed to gray or white because I am tired of having to dye it and the mess that goes with itm

If I could I was going to give no stars. I had the worst experience with hair stylist Lisa if I can call her hair stylist. I am very disappointed of her service she treated me and my friend with disrespect, first did not do her job well, she does not know how to treat a customer, she doesn’t know how to wash hair or dry well. it’s way too expensive for the service that they are providing, unprofessional and worst customer service I ever seen. They don’t care about new customers, she said that she got another appointment scheduled and she doesn’t have enough time for me to dry my hair well. then she was sarcastic when I was trying to explain to her manager the situation... I am just disappointed and and frustrated, nobody treated me like this before.
Went there for my first time for a fill, highlights, color and cut. Monica did a beautiful job on my hair! I love it! I had been going to another salon for the past 5-6 years but was becoming increasingly dissatisfied. I think I found a better place, and Monica is such a delight!
The people working there are so friendly and give you honest answers! They care about your experience and will try to find the best fit for you!

Love the products, dont love the customer service so much. Seems like at any ulta they either ignore you, or ask you if you need anything at least three times. This is one of the ones where youre usually ignored or cant find someone to help you.
Smaller than Ulta at The Promenade in Bolingbrook, but they still allot of prestige brands. Customer service is fantastic and they are eager to help.
Great selection of products arranged so you can find things you need. Always greeted by staff when you walk in.
Often out of products & most of the sales staff do not have much (or *any*!) product knowledge. Also, Ulta in general needs to quit with their growing, already HUGE list of exemptions with coupons/sales!

2 associtesvwere chatting at the front and barely acknowledged me when I arrived. They are having a buy 2 get one sale on hair products. They only had 2 of the item that I wanted. They offered nothing as a substition, ie: 2 of the smaller items free, a coupon or any other substitution. I left very dissatisfied with the customer service.
Rude cashiers. Long ass lines. Coupons dont work on anything that is prestige which is everything
The store is pretty clean, and there are pockets of clearance throughout the store if you are looking for a deal.

Employees are so pushy about getting a credit card and signing up for free coupons, I dread going there. I have to say no 3 times. They have some products I cant get anywhere else or I would not go there at all.
It has what you need but the service is poor. I was ignored there while I had questions about some foundations. I think they are understaffed. Line to check out is long and takes forever.
The manager is so rude i will never shop here again today is April 5th 2017
