Innovative Garage Doors just finished installing our new custom door with a belt drive and key pad openers. From start to finish they were exceptional! I highly recommend this family owned company and enjoyed working with their installers.

This is the best outfit and I wouldnt call anyone else to fix my garage door issues. Kyle came out and saved me $500+ from having to get a new opener unit. He troubleshot the issue I was having with Mike (the owner) until it was resolved. Great work ethic and customer service. Grateful for these guys. I had them out for another issue two years ago (a broken wire/ spring) and again they took great care of me. Call them first before anyone else. Innovative is the perfect moniker!

Awesome experience. Mike came out to give us an estimate on our broken motor. Turns out it was out of date and too old to repair so he didnt charge for the service call. We ended up ordering a new door and motor through them and the process was seamless. They were responsive, communicative, courteous and pricing was fair (cheaper than Costco!). Took a few weeks for our new door to come in but we got lucky because they had a cancellation and were able to get it installed last week. Donny was our installer and he was professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone and have already referred our neighbors!

Very impressive service. I called in the morning for the broken spring on the garage door, and they came quickly in the afternoon and fixed it. Andy H., the person who came to fix my garage door, was impressively knowledgeable on what and how to fix, and, most of all, he was super nice and courteous until everything was done just right. He smiled all the time and answer all my questions very nicely and professionally. I would highly recommend Innovative (and Andy H.) if you end up with a broken garage door. The price was good also.

Mike was great! I need new panels for my garage and he found a matching set and even fixed up a few other things. The whole thing works great! He was fast and super nice, pricing was great as well. I would definitely reccommend them to anyone looking for great service.

The technician came by my house to service my garage door, it wasnt opening an closing at is should. He noticed something that he was able to address immediately. He didnt feel it was just to charge me the full amount for the service call. I appreciated his honesty and for being very fair. They will be my first call every time on a garage door call from now on. Most companies would have taken advantage in this situation, but not them. They are a very trustworthy company!

I was so impressed with Edward - the Innovative Garage Door technician. He worked quickly and efficiently...and he showed several things I would never have thought to check (loose bolts holding the heavy wooden door panels to the roller track). It was a first rate tune up for my 2 machines and door hardware.

Innovative came to give our garage door a look-over and tune-up yesterday (7/11/17). The technician (Ed) was very personable and knowledgeable. He went through everything in detail and even took me through the basic maintenance that we can do ourselves. Great service, will definitely use again.

Innovative was one of 2 places I called for service. I called after hours and received their answering service. I told them It wasnt an emergency, so they can call me the next day. I figured the first company to call me back would earn my business. Well, Innovative called first thing in the morning and explained the costs involved and let me know that they would be out the next day between 12 and 4pm, because they were busy, but if the had a cancellation they would move me up. I received a call from their Technician this morning at 8 am and told me he had some time if i was available. I met him at the shop, explained the problem and he had the door opener repaired withing an hour. The price was good for a commercial job. Ed was our technician from Innovative Garage Door. He came out last week and diagnosed our issue. He was very knowledgeable, gave us a few options and explained the benefits of each option. He didnt try to oversell us and was very professional. When he came back with the part he needed, he fixed the door. He explained what he did, showed me what I needed to do to work the door and now the garage is working great again. Friday 3/30/2018 they cam and installed 2 high lift kits in my home. They were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and did a fantastic job. Not only did they ensure the work they did was correct there were questions based on the type of door we had and the tech made a call to ensure they had the correct springs. They could have just installed what they had but because they took the time to get it right th e job was completed without incident. In my opinion it is this attention to detail that makes these folks a cut above all others.Thank you!

Why consider the rest when youve found the best? We have used this company for years for regular maintenance, to replace broken springs, and then yesterday to install a new seal on the bottom and weatherstripping around the sides. The job is always done right with meticulous attention to detail, very refreshing in an age where most companies are simply interested in how many transactions they can rush through in a day. The office staff and answering service are friendly, professional and responsive. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Innovative installed two garage door openers for me today. What really stands at to me is their respect for your time. Within an hour of submitting an RPQ they responded to set up a time to send someone out. The quote was fair and they offered to get on the job in an incredibly quick time. My garage door got stuck down. I had no idea who to call or what to ask. After calling a few local companies(who seemed uninterested in helping me), I finally came upon Innovative Garage Door. The lady on the phone was nice,professional and not pushy. I finally felt some relief and at ease. Mike came out and fixed the problem which turned out to be a broken spring. He hooked me up with new springs and my door was working again. I would refer this company to anyone and recommend that you call them first. You can tell when a company is honest, hard working and knows its craft.This is one of them.

Fast response to my failed garage door spring. Our old springs finally gave up. Mike was out in a flash with a sme and replaced both springs for me first thing on a Saturday morning.

I had one of their technicians come out the other day and tune up the garage. Everything went well until I realized the garage door would not open the next day. I found one of the springs to be broken and the other one, overly tight. When I called them again, they wanted to charge extra just for coming out, when they were supposed to have made sure the garage door would be up to par, in the first place. If you want to pay to have your garage door broken, Innovative is the one to call!

Weve been using Innovative Garage Door for many years. Today, on a Saturday in the middle of rain and huge temperature drop a cable broke. Innovative Garage came w/i 30 minutes, replaced not just the cable that broke, but also the other side. Additionally gave us some recommendations to prevent the cable from rusting out. Thank You so much!

They came out the next day. Gave me a 4 hour window, and called me when they were < 20 minutes away. But after finding out that all I needed was two cables to fix my garage door and the minimum price was $149, +$20 for the cables! It only took 10-15 minutes to do the job! WOW, that is more costly than a plumber... last time I used a plumber, it was $75 for the first 15 minutes, and ~ $35 for each 15 minutes thereafter! I could see those costs if I used their 24 hour services!The other thing was that they had a fish on their paper... really! So you are Christian and this is how you charge people?And NO, they did not tell me up front that it would cost $149! That is a lie!

One of two springs snapped; Called on a Friday morning, Ed came out early afternoon. Got us up and running, and gave honest estimate to replace 53 year-old garage door, and 25 year-old operator. Wouldnt make sense to put any more repairs into very old door and operator! Working with office staff on getting replacements for above items. Would definitely recommend them for quality craftsmanship and easy to understand explanation,Update 7-17-19: Andy and Jacob just finished installing our new insulated garage door with WiFi remote opener. Those guys worked their tails off for over four hours removing the old door and opener, and put in our new door and opener. They did great work, and were very thorough explaining the functions of the remotes and how to access instructions for WiFi. We supplied them with cold water so they wouldnt dehydrate in the oppressive 100 degree heat index day! We are pleased with the sales and service, and would highly recommend them for repairs or replacement of a garage door and opener!

Their installers placed the track in front of storage cabinets in my mothers garage. The previous track was tall enough to be above the cabinets so we did not anticipate a problem but theirs ran an inch shorter. Now... I dont know exactly how high you have to be to not realize that a door directly behind the track youre working with (I mean less than an inch, its not possible they overlooked it- probably had to hit it numerous times while lining things up) is going to have a small operating problem (opening!), but they were that damn high. And if you dont know, cabinets are screwed to the wall from inside so there was NO WAY to open them without removing the track. I called them to set an appointment to come out and remove the track while I lowered the cabinets. They never called me back. Nice. Also, I noticed that they put some face trim on the outside that has a little vinyl flap seal. Nice idea, except that they cut it way too tight so its now bowing out where one of the nails popped out from pressure. I gave them the chance to fix things before leaving this review but clearly, calling someone back once the check is cashed is not super important. I have my own business and do installations in peoples homes. You can be certain that resolving such an embarrassing mistake would have been my priority.Ahh...and now I see that some weeks later, the owner has left a snarky response full of BS, shifting the blame and making me look like the cause of problems. I called them twice to move it- spoke to lady in office, didnt sound like an answering service- she knew all their names and commented how this was a first. Never called back. Nothing was in their way. The age of cabinets and track is completely irrelevant but good attempt to convolute the story with all those extras about your charity and my supposed laziness. Nice way to double down on your immaturity and unprofessional attitude. Not owning up to your screw up, then having the nerve to blame me is why you well deserve NO stars. That whole good Christian boy act you do is a good cover for your real personality though, isnt it?

What prompts me to leave this review is the terrible turn around time of Big Box Stores,home depot was 2 weeks out,sears 2 weeks as well,lowes ...forget about it. Just to put in a garage Door opener? What?
