Ive been a patient of Del Smith since he took over the store several years ago. My hearing is tested annually, aids are cleaned and checked semi annually. During the semi annual review we discuss any issues with hearing and adjustments to the volume and frequency are made. During one of my hearing tests Del noted a difference from prior tests and referred me to Dr. Alonso who ordered a specific test which verified my ear was normal. I have complete trust that Del cares about the quality of my hearing, hence the 5 star review.

Have been going to Dell Smith for a couple of years. He’s an excellent Hearing specialist. He has cleaned my Starkey Halo hearing aids every 6 months. He has shown me how to clean and maintain them for optimal hearing. They have a great hearing studio with a large display and test equipment you can’t get at a Costco. Hi Provided me with instruction on various features i didn’t know existed. i couldn’t live well without my hearing aids. Dell has made my life better by how to get the most of my hearing aids. I highly recommend him and his services.

Dell Smith, owner of Dynamic Hearing, LLC is a phoney. He was sure to tell me my Medicare did not cover hearing aids so when he suggested Ineeded them, I would finance them with his company. He went on to test me and after suggesting of course his best most expensive aids gave me a copy of the test he did. I forwarded the test to a friend In New York who was a licensed audiologist who told me, No aids needed at this time. I suggest people do as always suggested, get another opinion. Dell thrives on senior citizens who fear the loss of hearing, so he has a good flock to choose from. His company and he, is not listed as licened in Illinois by the state.

My experience at Dynamic Hearing was wonderful. I brought my mother to see Dell because she had experienced hearing loss from a previous job. Dell was so helpful when detecting the hearing loss and fitting my mother for hearing aids. My mother loves her new hearing aids. And she loves that they have Bluetooth! Id recommend anyone that thinks they may have hearing loss or need hearing aids to go see Dell.
