I was fortunate to get my scooter from this shop. Danny worked with me from the beginning up to the delivery. He was able to help me get the financing I wanted. Upon delivery, he was able to articulate on the things I needed to know about riding and maintaining the scooter. If I am in the market for another scooter, I will definitely go back to them.Thank you.
Got a 75 anniversary 300 Dominic was great at closing the deal and preparing the paper work. no problems
What an amazing experience in getting my very first scooter. Great people to talk to.
Got my wife a Vespa from here. Dominic was a great guy to work with. Gave me a quote right up front, no BS, quick transaction, all as expected.
I was looking for a Vespa to purchase and I was helped right away. I worked with Danny who was extremely helpful and nice. They found the exact one I was looking for and said I could get it delivered within 3 days. The process was so easy. All of the paperwork came in one email and they were very organized. Highly recommend. Beautiful bike!
Wow, the number of scooters they have! Was extremely surprised by the number of scooters at this location. Their showroom was very nice and the sales staff and mechanic was willing to take the time to explain the differences in the different models of scooters that they carry. I purchased a Vespa GTS 300 and Im so excited to ride it around.Saving money on gas, front row parking at the train station and best of all the comments and looks from others is awesome!Thank you to the staff at Vespa Downers Grove for helping me pick out the scooter to fit my needs. Having a blast. Cant wait till summer!
Best Inventory Around! Vespa Downers Grove by far has the largest inventory in the Chicago-land area. My husband and I were very pleased with the amount of time that the sales and service technician spent answering all our questions. Now, we are looking at purchasing our son a scooter for college. Dominic will be definitely be back to see you again. Thanks again Vespa Downers Grove for we absolutely love our scooter and our neighbors are jealous too.
I brought my Vespa GT 200 here as a pile of parts in 3 boxes. They rebuilt it, did a great job and turned it around quickly keeping costs down. Very satisfied. They also work with a towing company that has great rates. Call them for the number.
First, get out from behind your desk. Second, dont just say feel free to take a card off the desk. Third, introduce yourself and shake someones hand when they arrive. While we recognize the low key / no negotiation approach, it seemed like he was doing us a favor by letting us look at something to buy. Needless to say, we didnt. I will drive further to find someone who is actually enthusiastic and has at least a moderate level of customer service. If the price is the price then why would I bother with this location?
I purchased a Piaggio Typhoon 125 from Vespa Downers Grove and it was a very easy and fast experience throughout the whole process. The salesman was very good and the process was very quick from start to finish. I would recommend Vespa Downers Grove to anyone looking to purchase a scooter or moped.
I had a great experience purchasing my first scooter here 10/10 would recommend. Everyone was very helpful and genuinely had my best interest in mind!
Bought a used Vespa from Al at Vespa Downers Grove. He was very professional, prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership.
A weird scooter showroom with Vespas and Piaggios of all shapes. Youll have to look at online brochures to see the stats on these rigs.
Rather poor customer service. Came in to buy a Vespa Primavera 150 in cash - Sales person did not seem interested in selling at all. All I heard was I guess I can squeeze you in between customers - mind you the store was empty.. Also, you cant test drive a vehicle you are about to buy. There are other stores around, dont bother..
Great dealership. The guys are very helpful and the scooters in display are just beautiful
You cant beat the selection of Vespas they have available: all sizes, colors, models, anything you want, they have it, and the range of price points is also very good. I had a mixed experience with service, however. One guy was the most knowledgeable, laid back, helpful person on earth, and a complete pleasure to work with. 3/4 the way through our transaction, another person butted in and took over, for reasons I could not begin to understand. He wasnt helpful, he wasnt knowledgeable, he wasnt pleasant to deal with, and it all went downhill from there. My title and registration took 27 days (and 4 phone calls) to get to me in Iowa, when he had promised 5-7 days, and he was very quick to blame the girls in the office for it. If there were any way to never do business with them again, I would do it, but Vespa service is nonexistent in the state of Iowa. This individual needs some sensitivity training, or just How to Get Out of the Way training.
The guys there are very friendly, and informative. Very good experience.
